宁德市农村居民经营性收入问题研究

【摘要】：农民问题是“三农问题”的核心,解决“三农问题”首先必须解决农民问题,现阶段我国解决农民问题的关键,在于要解决农民的增收问题。宁德市“十二五”规划确定了农民人均纯收入年均增长10%的预期目标。2000年以来,宁德农民经营性收入年度问增幅波动明显,对农民增收有着比较大的影响。家庭经营收入作为现阶段宁德农民收入的主体,农民增收首先应放在农民家庭经营收入的增长上,只有构成主体的家庭经营收入能够稳定较快发展,才能有力推动农民收入增长目标的实现。本文首先从政策层面、增收效应、增收潜力等方面对提高农民家庭经营收入必要性进行分析,并对宁德农村居民家庭经营收入增长情况及特征进行概述。然后,回顾国内外关于农民增收机制理论研究,在此基础上从影响农民家庭经营收入的基本理论出发,利用宁德市2000-2013年的相关指标数据,研究农民人均家庭经营收入与生产要素投入、市场、产业结构演进等因素的相关关系,通过采用因子分析和多元线性回归等分析方法,用建立数学模型的方法来分析影响农民家庭经营收入的主要因素。从本文研究可知,人力投入、市场价格和产业结构演进等是影响宁德农民家庭经营收入的主要因素。最后,针对模型结论提出提高宁德农民家庭经营收入相关建议,包括重视教育投入、稳定市场价格、提高财政支农数量与质量、加快城镇化建设步伐和依靠科技进步等。
[Abstract]:The farmer problem is the core of the "three rural issues". To solve the "three rural problems", we must first solve the peasant problem. At present, the key to solve the peasant problem in our country lies in the problem of increasing the peasants' income. The "12th Five-Year Plan" of Ningde City has set the expected target of 10% annual average annual growth of farmers' per capita net income. Since 2000, the annual increase rate of farmers' operating income in Ningde City has fluctuated obviously, which has a relatively large impact on the increase of farmers' income. As the main body of farmers' income in Ningde at the present stage, the increase of farmers' income should first be put on the growth of farmers' household operating income. Only the household management income that constitutes the main body can develop steadily and rapidly. Only then can have the strength to promote the farmer income to increase the goal the realization. This paper first analyzes the necessity of raising farmers' household management income from the aspects of policy, income effect and income potential, and summarizes the growth and characteristics of household management income of rural residents in Ningde. Then, reviewing the domestic and foreign research on the mechanism of increasing farmers' income, starting from the basic theory of affecting farmers' household management income, using the relevant index data of Ningde City from 2000 to 2013, This paper studies the correlation between average household income of farmers and factors such as input, market, industrial structure evolution and so on, and adopts factor analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. The main factors influencing farmers' household income are analyzed by means of mathematical model. From the study of this paper, we can see that human input, market price and the evolution of industrial structure are the main factors that affect the income of farmers in Ningde. Finally, according to the conclusion of the model, some suggestions are put forward to improve the income of farmers in Ningde, including paying attention to educational input, stabilizing market prices, improving the quantity and quality of financial support for agriculture, speeding up the construction of urbanization and relying on the progress of science and technology.
