脱贫关键在于贫困群众主动发力

【摘要】：正贫困群众是脱贫的主体力量,只有最大限度地调动贫困人口的积极性、主动性和创造性,扶贫攻坚才会有不竭的动力,才会真正取得成效,这是东兰县精准扶贫、精准脱贫的一条重要经验。扶贫攻坚需要从中央到地方各级党委、政府和社会各界尽最大努力帮扶,但最根本的力量还是贫困群众本身。在东兰调研走访期间能够看出,当地贫困群众的精神面貌很好,努力摆脱贫困的干劲很足,"等、靠、要"现象在东兰县几乎看不到。正如东兰县一位贫困户所说,"国家的政策这样好,给我们贫
[Abstract]:The masses of the poor are the main force for poverty alleviation. Only by maximizing the enthusiasm, initiative and creativity of the poor population can they have an inexhaustible motive force to tackle the problems of poverty alleviation and achieve real results. This is the precise relief of poverty in Donglan County. An important lesson in getting rid of poverty with precision. It is necessary for the Party committees and governments at all levels from the central to local levels and all sectors of society to do their utmost to help the poor, but the most fundamental force is the poor masses themselves. During the investigation and visit of Donglan, we can see that the local poor people have a good mental outlook, and the drive to extricate themselves from poverty is very strong. The phenomenon of "wait, rely on, want" can hardly be seen in Donglan County. As one poor family in Donglan County said, "the state's policy is so good that we are poor."
