浅析五大发展新理念下的连片贫困地区脱贫攻坚路径

【摘要】：本文解读了"创新、协调、绿色、开放、共享"五大发展新理念的内涵,从如何调动脱贫攻坚积极性、统筹平衡扶贫资源、筑牢脱贫攻坚的生态屏障、拓展精准扶贫资金渠道、释放扶贫成果红利等方面分析了精准扶贫与五大新发展理念的契合性,以秦巴边片特困地区为例,从重视制度创新、注重多元关系、强化生态保护、拓展脱贫空间、促进红利释放五个方面阐述了五大新发展理念下指导下集中连片贫困地区脱贫攻坚的路径。
[Abstract]:This paper interprets the connotation of the five new concepts of "innovation, coordination, green, opening up and sharing", from how to mobilize the enthusiasm for poverty alleviation, balance poverty alleviation resources, build ecological barriers for poverty alleviation, and expand funding channels for accurate poverty alleviation. The paper analyzes the compatibility of accurate poverty alleviation with the five new development concepts in terms of releasing the dividends of poverty alleviation results. Taking the Qin and Ba border areas as an example, we should attach importance to system innovation, pay attention to pluralistic relations, strengthen ecological protection, and expand the space for poverty alleviation. Under the guidance of the five new development concepts, the paper expounds the ways to get rid of poverty in the poverty-stricken areas under the guidance of five aspects of promoting the release of dividends.
