康达集团土壤生态修复的战略研究

【摘要】:2014年公布的土壤污染调查公报显示我国土壤污染情况结果不容乐观。受污染土壤上百万平方公里,全国土壤总的超标率为16.1%,这仅是初步勘查结果,由此推测我国土壤受污染的情况十分严重,土壤污染已成为我国政府所关注的主要环境问题之一,土壤修复面临巨大的市场空间。我国的土壤修复产业起步晚,上下游的相关产业链也相对比较薄弱。但随着近年来我国土壤修复市场的快速发展,巨大的市场潜力吸引着大批国内外有实力企业抢先涉足这一领域。康达国际环保有限公司成立于1996年,并于2014年7月在香港成功上市,土壤修复产业为康达国际重点发展的五大板块之一,公司的目标是要抢占国内土壤修复市场的制高点,成为国内土壤修复行业的领军企业。但现阶段我国土壤修复市场还存在责任主体还不明确、商业模式还未成型、资金渠道还不畅通等问题,同时,康达国际环保本身也面临着土壤修复人才缺乏、技术储备不够、土壤修复经验少等问题。康达国际如果想抓住国家土壤修复产业政策的机遇加快发展,引领行业方向,当务之急是要研究制定出适合自己公司发展的战略。本文通过对国内外土壤修复产业的发展现状及我国土壤修复的市场需求和行业政策详细分析的基础上,首先运用战略管理的相关理论与分析方法对康达国际环保土壤修复的内外环境进行了分析,找出公司所处外部环境面临的机遇与挑战与企业内部条件的优势与劣势,并对外部环境因素及内部环境因素进行评价,分析了康达国际环保土壤修复产业的发展前景和行业竞争力,进而制定出公司的总体战略目标、总体战略、竞争战略及职能战略;其次从市场化、商业化模式创新入手,运用市场化理论及方法制定出适合康达国际环保的土壤修复技术、市场化运作策略,以指导公司土壤修复产业的发展,同时站在促进整个土壤修复产业良性发展的高度上对政府层面构建土壤修复信托基金提出了建议;最后对战略的实施及保障措施进行了研究。本文研究对于康达国际环保在上市后新业务领域的开拓、业绩增长具有重要的战略意义,并力求为同类土壤修复公司战略的制定及实施提供可借鉴的意义。
[Abstract]:The soil pollution survey published in 2014 shows that the results of soil pollution in China are not optimistic. There are millions of square kilometers of contaminated soil, and the total exceeding standard rate of soil in the whole country is 16.1.This is only a preliminary survey result. Therefore, it is assumed that the situation of soil pollution in our country is very serious, and soil pollution has become one of the major environmental problems concerned by the Chinese government. Soil remediation faces huge market space. China's soil remediation industry started late, and the upstream and downstream industrial chains are relatively weak. However, with the rapid development of soil remediation market in China in recent years, the huge market potential attracts a large number of domestic and foreign powerful enterprises to get involved in this field. Kangda International Environmental Protection Co., Ltd. was founded in 1996 and successfully listed in Hong Kong in July 2014. The soil remediation industry is one of the five key development sectors of Kangda International. The company's goal is to seize the commanding heights of the domestic soil remediation market. To become a leading enterprise in soil remediation industry in China. However, at the present stage, there are still some problems in the soil remediation market in our country, such as unclear responsible subjects, unformed business models and unimpeded financial channels, etc. At the same time, Kangda International Environmental Protection itself is also facing a shortage of soil remediation personnel and insufficient technical reserves. Problems such as less experience in soil remediation. If Kangda International wants to seize the opportunity of national soil remediation industry policy to accelerate development and lead the direction of the industry, it is imperative to study and formulate a strategy suitable for the development of its own company. Based on the analysis of the present situation of soil remediation industry at home and abroad, the market demand and industry policy of soil remediation in China, Firstly, using the theory and analysis method of strategic management, the paper analyzes the internal and external environment of environmental soil restoration in Kangda International, and finds out the opportunities and challenges faced by the external environment of the company and the advantages and disadvantages of the internal conditions of the company. And the external environmental factors and internal environmental factors were evaluated, and the development prospects and industry competitiveness of the international environmental soil remediation industry were analyzed, and then the overall strategic objectives, overall strategy, competitive strategy and functional strategy of the company were worked out. Secondly, starting with the innovation of marketization and commercialization mode, using the market-oriented theory and method to formulate the soil remediation technology suitable for Kangda international environmental protection, market-oriented operation strategy, in order to guide the development of the company's soil remediation industry. At the same time, from the perspective of promoting the healthy development of the whole soil remediation industry, the paper puts forward some suggestions on the government level to construct the soil remediation trust fund. Finally, the paper studies the implementation of the strategy and the guarantee measures. This study is of great strategic significance to the development of new business field and performance growth of Kangda International Environmental Protection after listing, and it also aims to provide reference for the formulation and implementation of the strategy of the similar soil Restoration Company.
