林州市坡地农业经济发展问题研究

【摘要】：2013年,河南省林州市政府提出因地制宜发展坡地农业经济。林州市山多坡广,坡地、丘陵占林州市总面积的86%,坡地是林州农民从事农业生产的主要作业空间,这样的地理特点决定了林州市发展坡地农业经济的必要性。发展坡地农业经济有利于林州市因地制宜走可持续发展道路,有利于增加农业收入,促进农民增收,有利于统筹城乡发展。本文以河南省林州市进行实证研究,对林州市的坡地农业经济发展的问题做出充分调研,采用了文献研究法、案例研究法和深入访谈法,对河南省林州市发展坡地农业经济的基础条件、发展构成、发展模式等进行调查分析,并提出林州市坡地农业经济发展的问题。同时,对林州市东姚镇洪河小米坡地农业经济的发展和东岗镇下砚科千亩核桃园进行实证分析,对林州市坡地农业经济发展提供借鉴。在此研究过程中发现,林州市坡地农业经济已经进入大规模、有组织、多形式的规范性发展阶段,但是在发展过程中仍然有规模化作业困难、人力资源短缺、水资源利用差、基础设施薄弱、资金筹措困难、农产品加工程度低的问题。针对这些问题提出加快林州市坡地农业经济发展的措施及建议:要想更好更快的发展坡地农业经济必需发挥龙头企业的带头作用,依靠品牌优势,注重生态发展,加强农业精深加工,形成规模化经营。本文的创新点在于对坡地农业和坡地农业经济进行概念界定。同时,对林州市坡地农业经济进行全面系统的调查研究,并针对林州市坡地农业经济发展的问题提出可行性高的建议与措施。
[Abstract]:In 2013, the government of Linzhou City, Henan Province proposed to develop sloping land agricultural economy according to local conditions. Linzhou has a wide range of mountains and slopes and hills account for 86% of the total area of Linzhou. The sloping land is the main working space for farmers to engage in agricultural production in Linzhou. Such geographical characteristics determine the necessity of developing the agricultural economy of sloping land in Linzhou. The development of sloping land agricultural economy is beneficial to the sustainable development of Linzhou according to local conditions, to increasing agricultural income, to increasing farmers' income, and to coordinating the development of urban and rural areas. Based on the empirical study of Linzhou City, Henan Province, this paper makes a full investigation on the problems of the agricultural economic development of slope land in Linzhou City, and adopts the methods of literature research, case study and in-depth interview. This paper makes an investigation and analysis on the basic conditions, development composition and development mode of the agricultural economy of slope land in Linzhou City, Henan Province, and puts forward the problems of the development of agricultural economy of sloping land in Linzhou City. At the same time, the agricultural economy development of Honghe Xiaomi slope land in Dongyao Town of Linzhou City and the thousands of mu walnut orchard of Lower Yanke Branch in Donggang Town are analyzed empirically to provide reference for the development of agricultural economy on slope land in Linzhou City. In the course of this study, it is found that the agricultural economy of slope land in Linzhou City has entered a large-scale, organized and multi-form normative stage of development, but there are still difficulties in large-scale operation, shortage of human resources and poor utilization of water resources in the process of development. In view of these problems, the paper puts forward some measures and suggestions for accelerating the development of sloping land agricultural economy in Linzhou City: in order to develop the sloping land agricultural economy better and faster, it is necessary to give play to the leading role of leading enterprises, rely on brand advantages, and pay attention to ecological development. Strengthen agricultural intensive processing, form a scale of operation. The innovation of this paper is to define the concept of sloping land agriculture and sloping land agriculture economy. At the same time, the agricultural economy of slope land in Linzhou City is investigated systematically, and some feasible suggestions and measures are put forward for the development of sloping land agriculture economy in Linzhou City.
