云南省丽江河源村生态农业合作社发展研究

【摘要】：近年来,农民专业合作社的发展越来越得到高度重视,发展迅猛。与此同时,生态环境问题也日益突出,目前已有不少专家学者将目光聚焦于利用合作社为载体来促进生态农业的发展。本论文以农民专业合作社、生态农业理论研究为基础,运用文献研究法与案例分析法相结合,以丽江河源村生态农业合作社这一新型农民专业合作社模式的发展为研究对象,对其发展现状进行全面系统的调查分析。论文分为七个部分对该合作社的研究背景、相关理论基础进行了阐述,对合作社的发展现状,包括合作社概况、合作社工作联系网、合作社生态项目类型、合作社的发展特点,以及发展过程中所取得的效益,包括经济效益、社会效益、生态效益三大效益进行了深入了解。通过对丽江河源村生态农业合作社的发展历程、发展现状进行分析研究,指出其发展过程中存在的过度依赖外界力量;专业技术服务不到位;建立在农民知识体系上的运行机制还不够完善;合作社融资困难;等待奖励的需求还未转变为自觉的意识等问题。论文通过对合作社发展过程中存在的问题进行研究分析,追根溯源问题存在的根本原因,提出解决问题及促进该合作社进一步发展的相应对策,以供相关部门进行参考,并总结由该合作社的发展所引发的思考与启示。本论文研究并非侧重于单一的农民专业合作社发展研究或生态农业发展研究,而是研究将合作社与生态农业相结合以达到经济发展与生态保护双赢的这样一个新型农业合作组织,并研究该合作社在发展过程中如何将合作社与生态农业及生态保护相结合。论文的研究在相关理论基础上进行了进一步的创新性延伸,对生态农业合作社发展理论政策层面上的认识有直接的指导作用,同时也为丽江老君山生态功能的保护研究工作及当地的经济发展具有非常重要的理论上的研究借鉴意义。论文结果对该合作社进一步的发展提出对策和建议将今后该合作社的进一步发展壮大提供参考依据,为政府制定促进丽江河源生态农业合作社发展的相关政策提供理论依据和政策参考。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the development of farmers' professional cooperatives has been paid more and more attention and developed rapidly. At the same time, the ecological environment is becoming more and more prominent. At present, many experts and scholars have focused on the use of cooperatives as the carrier to promote the development of ecological agriculture. This paper is based on Farmers' professional cooperatives and the theory of ecological agriculture. Using the literature research method and the case analysis method, this paper takes the development of the new farmer professional cooperative model of the ecological agricultural cooperative of Heyuan village in Lijiang as the research object, and makes a comprehensive and systematic investigation and Analysis on its development status. The thesis is divided into seven parts of the research background of the cooperative, and the relevant theoretical basis is expounded. The present situation of the development of the society, including the general situation of the cooperatives, the network of cooperative work, the types of the cooperative ecological projects, the characteristics of the cooperative development, and the benefits obtained in the process of development, including the three benefits of economic, social and ecological benefits, through the development of the ecological agricultural cooperatives in Heyuan, Lijiang The present situation of the development is analyzed and studied. It is pointed out that there are excessive reliance on external forces in the process of development; the professional technical service is not in place; the operation mechanism of the farmer's knowledge system is not perfect; the cooperative financing is difficult and the demand for the reward has not been transformed into self awareness. The paper has developed through the development of the cooperative. The problems existing in the course are studied and analyzed, the fundamental reasons for the existence of the problems are traced, and the corresponding countermeasures to solve the problems and promote the further development of the co-operatives are put forward for the reference of the relevant departments, and the thoughts and revelations caused by the development of the cooperative are summarized. This paper does not focus on the single farmer's professional cooperation. The research of social development or the development of ecological agriculture is a new type of agricultural cooperative organization which combines cooperative and ecological agriculture to achieve win-win between economic development and ecological protection, and studies how the cooperative is combined with ecological agriculture and biological protection in the process of development. On the basis of the further innovative extension, it has a direct guiding role on the understanding of the theory and policy of the development of eco agricultural cooperatives. At the same time, it also has a very important theoretical research significance for the protection of the ecological function of the Laojun Mountain in Lijiang and the local economic development. Further development puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to provide reference for the further development and expansion of the cooperative, and provide a theoretical basis and policy reference for the government to formulate relevant policies to promote the development of ecological agricultural cooperatives in Heyuan, Lijiang.
