【摘要】：相比传统农业生产企业,现代农业科技型生产企业拥有相当广阔的市场发展前景。现代农业科技型生产企业兼具农业企业和高新技术企业的特征和功能:作为农业高新技术的孵化器,它能够提高粮食综合生产能力,对促进农业增收、抑制生产资料粗放使用、保护生态环境具有极其重要的作用;另一方面,它还能拉动当地农业企业以及依托于此的第一产业大幅度转型,促进产业结构调整。由此,对于如何推动农业科技型企业健康发展,日益成为当地政府及金融机构关注的焦点。具备农业企业和科技企业两种特质的农业科技型企业,在发展上也面临着上述两者共同的困难,特别是融资困难。在这样的背景下,如何应对农业科技企业融资需求及风险特征,开展调查研究、提出解决方案,进而改善发展经营的内外部融资条件,显得尤为重要。本文针对企业发展的不同生命周期和发展阶段的融资方式以及发展过程中面临的融资问题进行了系统梳理,并针对性地探讨了各种可行的融资渠道。本文采用实证分析、案例分析和比较分析方法,分析了农业科技型企业融资的困难和障碍,尝试探索建立和完善农业科技型企业融资体系,以提高企业发展能力、科研技术水平乃至综合竞争力。在此基础上,本文针对农业科技型企业融资现状进行研究分析,并借鉴发达国家和地区的农业科技型企业的融资过程、融资模式等,对农业科技型企业融资提出建议。本文最后结合某农业科技型企业的案例,对相关融资理论进行讨论验证。
[Abstract]:Compared with traditional agricultural production enterprises, modern agricultural science and technology enterprises have a broad market development prospects. Modern agricultural sci-tech production enterprises have the characteristics and functions of both agricultural enterprises and high-tech enterprises: as an incubator of agricultural high and new technology, it can increase the comprehensive grain production capacity, increase agricultural income, and curb the extensive use of the means of production. On the other hand, it can promote the local agricultural enterprises and the primary industry to transform greatly and promote the adjustment of industrial structure. Therefore, how to promote the healthy development of agricultural science and technology enterprises has increasingly become the focus of attention of local governments and financial institutions. Agricultural science and technology enterprises with two characteristics of agricultural enterprises and science and technology enterprises, in the development of agricultural science and technology enterprises are also facing the above two common difficulties, especially the difficulty of financing. Under this background, how to deal with the financing needs and risk characteristics of agricultural science and technology enterprises, carry out investigation and research, put forward solutions, and then improve the internal and external financing conditions of development and management, it is particularly important. In this paper, the financing methods of different life cycles and stages of enterprise development and the financing problems in the process of development are systematically combed, and various feasible financing channels are discussed. In this paper, using the methods of empirical analysis, case analysis and comparative analysis, this paper analyzes the difficulties and obstacles of agricultural sci-tech enterprises' financing, and tries to establish and perfect the financing system of agricultural sci-tech enterprises in order to improve the development ability of agricultural sci-tech enterprises. Scientific research and technology level and even comprehensive competitiveness. On this basis, this paper studies and analyzes the current financing situation of agricultural science and technology enterprises, and draws lessons from the financing process and financing mode of agricultural science and technology enterprises in developed countries and regions, and puts forward some suggestions to the financing of agricultural science and technology enterprises. In the end, the paper discusses and verifies the related financing theory based on a case of an agricultural science and technology enterprise.
