农户生计脆弱性及影响因素研究

【摘要】：农户生计脆弱性的研究能够对其开展多样化生计和实现区域可持续发展提供科学依据。河南省作为一个人口大省,当前农户生计问题显著。在可持续生计框架的指导下分析农户生计资本脆弱性情况,明确生计资本现状、脆弱性表现以及脆弱性影响因素,为降低农户的生计资本脆弱性提供政策建议。本文以河南省14个村庄为样本区域,根据样本区的特征构建了农户家庭生计资本定量分析指标体系,采用定性与定量相结合的方法研究样本区农户的生计脆弱性,运用多元线性回归模型对样本区农户家庭的生计脆弱性影响因素进行深度剖析。主要结论如下:(1)整体上来看,样本区域农户生计资本构成中物质资本的数值最高,其次为人力资本,自然资本与金融资本处于中下等,最为贫乏的是社会资本。(2)从农户微观层面来看,家庭人口数量和家庭整体劳动力水平两项指标对人力资本的贡献较大,农户的自然资本普遍较为脆弱。样本区农户的物质资本较为充裕,在金融资本方面,务工收入对农户金融资本的影响最为显著。在社会资本方面,社会层面的权威数量较少,社会资本在所有资本中最为脆弱。(3)从农户生计脆弱性的影响因素来看,户主年龄较小,并且受教育程度较弱,没有用于谋生的主要技能,则农户家庭的生计资本较弱,无法承受较大的外部风险,农户家庭的生计脆弱性较高。地形条件较好的平原区,农户家庭的生计脆弱性相对较小,在山区农户生计脆弱性较大,反之亦然。非农就业人数越多,农户家庭生计脆弱性越小。最后,有针对性的对样本区农户的技能水平、自然资源利用状况以及健全金融服务体系、拓宽农户社会网络等方面提出优化农户生计资本,减小生计脆弱性的建议。
[Abstract]:The study of farmers' livelihood vulnerability can provide scientific basis for carrying out diversified livelihoods and realizing regional sustainable development. Henan Province as a large population province, the current farmers livelihood problems are significant. Under the guidance of sustainable livelihood framework, this paper analyzes the vulnerability of farmers' livelihood capital, clarifies the status quo of livelihood capital, vulnerability performance and factors affecting vulnerability, and provides policy recommendations for reducing the vulnerability of farmers' livelihood capital. In this paper, 14 villages in Henan Province are taken as sample areas. According to the characteristics of the sample areas, the quantitative analysis index system of household livelihood capital is constructed, and the livelihood vulnerability of farmers in the sample area is studied by combining qualitative and quantitative methods. The multivariate linear regression model was used to analyze the factors affecting the livelihood vulnerability of farmers in the sample area. The main conclusions are as follows: (1) on the whole, the material capital is the highest in the sample region, followed by human capital, natural capital and financial capital. The most poor is social capital. (2) from the micro level of peasant households, the contribution of the two indicators, the number of household population and the level of family labor force, to human capital is great, and the natural capital of farmers is generally fragile. In the sample area, the material capital of farmers is abundant, and in the aspect of financial capital, the influence of labor income on farmers' financial capital is the most significant. In terms of social capital, there is less authority at the social level, and social capital is the most vulnerable of all capital. (3) from the perspective of the factors affecting the vulnerability of farmers' livelihood, the head of household is younger and less educated. Without the main skills to make a living, the household's livelihood capital is weak and can not bear the larger external risks, and the household's livelihood is more vulnerable. In plain areas with better topography, the livelihood vulnerability of peasant households is relatively small, and that of farmers in mountainous areas is greater, and vice versa. The more the number of non-agricultural employment, the smaller the vulnerability of household livelihood. Finally, the paper puts forward some suggestions on how to optimize farmers' livelihood capital and reduce their livelihood vulnerability from the aspects of skill level, utilization of natural resources, financial service system and social network of farmers in the sample area.
