清远市国际现代农业产业园发展问题研究

【摘要】：现代农业产业园区是上个世纪九十年代初期开始在我国兴起的一种农业发展新模式,这种模式应用了现代化的科学管理和科学技术方法进行集约化、区域化的农业生产。我国的传统农业存在着诸多弊端,如农业经营成本高、利润低、生产规模小、破坏环境和资源浪费等等。因此,现代农业园区的发展对我国传统农业的改造是非常重要的,多年以来,虽然我国农业产业园的建设与发展取得了一定的成就,但仍然存在不少问题,许多园区建设资金缺乏、模式雷同、科技力量乏力、经营管理机制不适应和扶持政策不完善等,导致产业园区的建设沦为政府的“面子工程”、“政绩工程”。此外,对于现代农业产业园区的理论研究也不多,大多数相关理论是引用西方的理论研究,这在一定程度上削弱了它的实践意义。本文正是以现代农业产业园区的相关理论和实践为研究出发点,运用文献综述和实践案例相结合的方式,分析清远市国际现代农业产业园的发展现状,理清清远国际现代农业产业园的的发展问题,并结合清远的实情,提出清远市现代农业产业园的发展对策。
[Abstract]:The modern agricultural industrial park is a new mode of agricultural development which began to rise in our country in the early 1990s. This model applies modern scientific management and scientific and technological methods to carry on intensive and regionalized agricultural production. There are many disadvantages in traditional agriculture in China, such as high operating cost, low profit, small scale of production, destruction of environment and waste of resources and so on. Therefore, the development of modern agricultural parks is very important to the transformation of traditional agriculture in China. Although the construction and development of agricultural industrial parks in China have made some achievements over the years, there are still many problems. Many park construction funds are short, the pattern is similar, science and technology force is weak, the management mechanism is not adapted and the supporting policy is not perfect, which leads to the construction of industrial park being reduced to "face project" and "achievement project" of the government. In addition, there are few theoretical studies on modern agricultural industrial parks, most of which are based on western theories, which to some extent weaken its practical significance. Based on the theory and practice of modern agricultural industrial park, this paper analyzes the development of Qingyuan International Agricultural Industrial Park by combining literature review with practical cases. This paper clarifies the development of Qingyuan International Modern Agricultural Industrial Park, and puts forward the development countermeasures of Qingyuan Modern Agricultural Industrial Park combined with the fact of Qingyuan.
