中国替代性食物体系发展与多元主体参与:一个文献综述

【摘要】：文章旨在全面回顾中国替代性食物体系相关研究,总结主要研究成果,并为进一步探讨寻找方向。文章首先梳理了研究的不同理论视角,包括社区支持农业、巢状市场、食品短链和农消对接。综合不同视角的研究,文章认为食品安全问题频发、食品体系主体力量不均衡、中等收入群体兴起是替代性食物体系发展的主要原因。中国替代性食品体系的发展与全球食品体系变化紧密相连,但政府主导了认证体系建立,对新兴体系发展支持不够。消费者与大部分生产者都是社会精英群体,小农户在中介机构的支持下参与到新体系之中。现有研究在替代性食物体系发展总体情况调查分析、行动主体价值观念构建、企业与替代性食品体系构建、与生态农业技术研究互动等方面有待加强。
[Abstract]:The purpose of this paper is to review the relevant studies on Chinese alternative food system, summarize the main research results, and seek the direction for further discussion. Firstly, this paper combs the different theoretical perspectives of the research, including community support agriculture, nest market, food short chain and agricultural elimination docking. From different perspectives, it is concluded that the main reasons for the development of the alternative food system are the frequent occurrence of food safety problems, the imbalance of the main force of the food system, and the rise of the middle income group. The development of China's alternative food system is closely linked to the changes in the global food system, but the government has led the establishment of the certification system and has not supported the development of the emerging system. Consumers and most producers are social elite groups, and smallholder farmers participate in the new system with the support of intermediary organizations. The existing research needs to be strengthened in the following aspects: investigation and analysis of the overall development of alternative food system, construction of value concept of action subject, construction of enterprise and alternative food system, interaction with ecological agricultural technology, and so on.
