平远县农产品流通效率问题研究

【摘要】：农产品的流通,对于世界各国而言都是关系到民生的大问题。而农产品的流通效率,更是农产品流通问题的关键所在。它不仅决定着人民餐桌上食品的新鲜、健康程度,在其背后更还涉及到农民收益、合作组织效益、运输损耗、流通成本、食品安全等一系列问题。可以说,农产品的流通是一个涉及到多个环节的动态过程,其效率的提升也并非仅是解决其中某一环节问题就可以达成的。同时,要进一步实现农业发展现代化,农产品流通效率也是绕不过去的一个重要课题。在上述背景下,借助文献资料研究法、实地考察法、数理分析法等研究方法,以平远县的农产品流通情况为研究对象,通过研究流通效率的现状,结合最新调研数据发现平远县农产品在流通过程中有着供需失衡、市场建设滞后、品牌缺失等问题。因此,本文也就以上几个方面进行了相应效率提升的方案建议,并希望以此探索出符合平远县及更多地区进一步提高流通效率的对策。对于该课题的研究,本文主要分为六个章节,各章节具体内容总结如下。第一章为绪论部分,对该课题研究的背景、目的以及国内外研究现状进行了相应的论述,从前人的研究角度对农产品流通效率相关课题的进行了分析总结;第二章,基于产品流通方面的理论基础,对农产品流通效率研究构建理论支撑体系,以对当地农产品流通效率的提升提供相应的理论指导;第三章,通过整理平远县农产品流通现状,为进一步流通速率的测定分析提供实证依据。第四章,在对现状梳理的基础上,发现平远县农产品流通工作中存在的各项问题,并进行相应的原因分析;第五章,经过对平远县农产品流通现状问题及原因的研究基础上,从供需关系、市场建设滞后、渠道组织化及品牌建设四个方面探索并提出了适用且行之有效地提高流通效率的对策。希望能够通过本文的研究,为提升我国农村更多的地区提升产品流通效率提供一定的借鉴参考,进而为社会主义新农村的建设提供相应的理论支持。
[Abstract]:The circulation of agricultural products, for all countries in the world is a major issue related to people's livelihood. The circulation efficiency of agricultural products, is the key to the circulation of agricultural products. It not only determines the freshness and health of food on the people's table, but also involves a series of problems such as farmers' income, cooperative organization benefit, transportation loss, circulation cost, food safety and so on. It can be said that the circulation of agricultural products is a dynamic process involving many links, and the improvement of its efficiency is not only a solution to one of the problems can be achieved. At the same time, to further realize the modernization of agricultural development, the circulation efficiency of agricultural products is also an important issue. Under the above background, with the help of literature research, field investigation, mathematical analysis and other research methods, the circulation of agricultural products in Pingyuan County is taken as the research object, and the current situation of circulation efficiency is studied. Combined with the latest research data, it is found that there are some problems in the circulation of agricultural products in Pingyuan County, such as imbalance of supply and demand, lag of market construction and lack of brand. Therefore, this article also carries on the corresponding efficiency enhancement plan suggestion to the above several aspects, and hopes to explore the countermeasure which accords with the Pingyuan county and more areas to further raise the circulation efficiency. For the study of this topic, this paper is divided into six chapters, the specific content of each chapter summarized as follows. The first chapter is the introduction, the research background, purpose and domestic and foreign research status of the corresponding exposition, the previous research point of view of agricultural products circulation efficiency related topics were analyzed and summarized; chapter two, Based on the theoretical basis of product circulation, this paper constructs a theoretical support system for the study of agricultural product circulation efficiency, in order to provide corresponding theoretical guidance for the promotion of local agricultural product circulation efficiency. Chapter three, through sorting out the current situation of agricultural products circulation in Pingyuan County, It provides an empirical basis for the further measurement and analysis of the flow rate. Chapter four, on the basis of combing the present situation, finds out the problems existing in the circulation of agricultural products in Pingyuan County, and analyzes the corresponding causes. Chapter five, after studying the current situation and reasons of agricultural products circulation in Pingyuan County, From four aspects of supply and demand relationship, market construction lagging behind, channel organization and brand building, this paper probes into and puts forward effective countermeasures to improve circulation efficiency. Through the research of this paper, I hope to provide some reference for improving the efficiency of product circulation in more rural areas of our country, and then provide corresponding theoretical support for the construction of new socialist countryside.
