新疆兵团农八师141团棉花生产现状及发展对策研究

【摘要】：新疆生产建设兵团农八师141团,位于沙湾县安集海乡北端,是新疆优质棉花生产基地。多年来棉花生产的发展使农民致富,提高了当地的经济发展水平。因此进一步提高棉花产量与经济效益,使发展棉花产业成为致富产业,具有重大的意义。本文分别对兵团农八师141团棉花产业发展历程演变、棉花生产中存在的问题及原因和种植业结构调整优化发展对策等三个方面进行了系统分析,结果表明,棉花生产发展存在的主要制约因素为：棉花种植面积过大；种植成本增加,收益减少；栽培技术单一引起生态变化,土壤中存膜量急剧增加,基础设施馈乏；种植人员老龄化严重,素质有待提高；棉花纤维品质达不到优良水平,农资价格及劳动力成本日益攀升,棉花产业化进程发展缓慢等。针对上述制约的主要因素,本文提出：应加大棉花种植结构调整的力度,合理安排棉花生产布局；调整选地布局与种植模式；组织人才引育,提高企业素质；加大对机采棉棉种研发的投入,尽快选育适宜的机采品种；改造基础设施；加快推进棉花检验体制改革,实现农业产业化,促进棉花产业健康稳定发展；引进新技术,使棉花产量品质的双重目标得到改善。通过研究农八师141团棉花生产现状及存在问题,提出可行的发展对策以推进棉花产业可持续发展,促进职工增收,进一步发挥兵团在新疆乃至全国棉花生产中的带头示范作用。
[Abstract]:Xinjiang production and Construction Corps Agricultural eighth Division 141 regiment, located at the northern end of Anjihai Township, Shawan County, Xinjiang is a high quality cotton production base. The development of cotton production over the years has enriched farmers and raised the level of local economic development. Therefore, it is of great significance to further improve cotton yield and economic benefit and make cotton industry become rich industry. In this paper, the evolution of cotton industry in the 141st regiment, the problems and causes in cotton production, and the countermeasures for optimizing the structure of planting industry are analyzed systematically. The results show that: 1. The main restricting factors of cotton production and development are as follows: the cotton planting area is too large; the planting cost is increasing and the income is decreasing; the single cultivation technology causes ecological changes, the amount of film stored in the soil increases sharply, and the infrastructure is poor. The quality of cotton fiber can not reach the good level, the price of agricultural material and labor cost are rising day by day, and the process of cotton industrialization is developing slowly. In view of the above factors, this paper puts forward the following points: we should strengthen the adjustment of cotton planting structure, arrange cotton production layout rationally, adjust the layout and planting mode of cotton production, organize the introduction of talents, and improve the quality of the enterprise. Increase investment in research and development of mechanically harvested cotton seeds, select suitable mechanized cotton varieties as soon as possible; rebuild basic facilities; speed up the reform of the cotton inspection system, realize agricultural industrialization, and promote the healthy and stable development of the cotton industry; and introduce new technologies, The double goal of cotton yield and quality has been improved. By studying the present situation and existing problems of cotton production in the 141st regiment of the eighth Agricultural Division, this paper puts forward feasible development countermeasures to promote the sustainable development of cotton industry, promote the income of the workers and staff, and further give play to the leading role of the Corps in the cotton production of Xinjiang and even the whole country.
