闽侯县特色现代农业发展规划研究

【摘要】：解决好“三农”问题,根本在于深化改革,走中国特色现代化农业道路。发展特色现代农业不仅有利于强化“美丽乡村”的产业支撑,增加农民收入和保证农业可持续发展,也是推进农业多功能开发的基础。闽侯县农业资源丰富,多样性特点突出,围绕建设特色现代农业的体系构建开辟优化农业结构的新途径将成为闽侯农业的发展的新突破。研究发现,闽侯县农业农村经济继续保持稳定发展的良好态势,有效促进了农业提.质增效、农民持续增收。总体实现区域特色农业的规划布局,农业综合生产能力进一步提高,主要表现：在粮油生产略有回落,果蔬业品牌化初见成效,高山茶叶现代化生产初具规模,食用菌生产持续发展,畜禽养殖实现新增强,水产养殖持续推进,农产品质量安全水平稳步提高,森林生态环境不断优化,农业产业化快速推进,设施农业进一步发展,休闲农业发展取得重大突破。通过对闽侯县特色现代农业环境分析,文章提出应依托闽侯良好的区位优势和农业产业基础,集成区域优质资源,突出“特色”和“现代”的内涵发展,着力培育新型农业经营主体和都市农业品牌,走生态、高效、可持续的多功能农业发展之路,力争建成为省会城市经济圈上的特色现代都市农业示范区。闽侯特色现代农业应重点建设高优粮油、健康水果、安全蔬菜、珍稀食用菌、优质茶叶、特色水产和生态畜牧几个产业带；主要抓好产业基地、休闲农业、闽台合作、生态环境、农业机械、质量安全等提升工程；最后要做好闽侯特色现代农业配套建设和保障体系来推进闽侯县特色现代农业的发展。
[Abstract]:To solve the problem of agriculture, rural areas and farmers well lies in deepening the reform and taking the road of modern agriculture with Chinese characteristics. The development of modern agriculture with characteristics is not only conducive to strengthening the industrial support of "beautiful villages", increasing farmers' income and ensuring the sustainable development of agriculture, but also is the basis for promoting the multifunctional development of agriculture. Minhou County is rich in agricultural resources and has outstanding diversity. It will be a new breakthrough for Minhou agriculture to open up a new way to optimize agricultural structure around the construction of modern agricultural system with characteristics. The study found that the agricultural rural economy of Minhou County continued to maintain a good situation of stable development, which effectively promoted the development of agriculture. Quality and efficiency, farmers continue to increase income. As a whole, the planning and layout of agriculture with regional characteristics has been realized, and the comprehensive agricultural production capacity has been further improved, mainly as follows: the production of grain and oil has dropped slightly, the brand of fruit and vegetable industry has achieved initial results, and the modernized production of alpine tea has begun to take shape. The sustained development of edible fungus production, the new enhancement of livestock and poultry breeding, the continued advancement of aquaculture, the steady improvement of the quality and safety level of agricultural products, the continuous optimization of the forest ecological environment, the rapid progress of agricultural industrialization, and the further development of protected agriculture, Major breakthroughs were made in the development of leisure agriculture. Based on the analysis of the characteristic modern agricultural environment of Minhou County, this paper puts forward that we should rely on the favorable location advantage and agricultural industry foundation of Minhou County, integrate regional high quality resources, and highlight the connotation and development of "characteristic" and "modern". To cultivate the new agricultural management main body and the urban agricultural brand, take the ecological, efficient and sustainable multi-function agriculture development road, strive to build up the characteristic modern urban agriculture demonstration area on the economic circle of provincial capital city. Modern agriculture with Minhou characteristics should focus on the construction of high quality grain and oil, healthy fruits, safe vegetables, rare edible fungi, high quality tea, characteristic aquatic products and ecological animal husbandry; mainly focus on industrial bases, leisure agriculture, and cooperation between Fujian and Taiwan. Ecological environment, agricultural machinery, quality and safety, etc. Finally, it is necessary to do a good job in the construction and guarantee system of modern agriculture with Minhou characteristics to promote the development of modern agriculture with characteristics in Minhou County.
