兴城市临海产业区失地农民市民化问题及对策研究

【摘要】：随着我国城市化进程的加快,失地农民已经成为一个数量庞大的群体,大量失地农民涌入城市,势必会阻碍城市化的脚步。如何妥善安置失地农民,使他们顺利进行市民化,这个问题迫在眉睫。为此,把失地农民市民化问题提出来做研究,正确认识我国失地农民在城市化大潮下面临的窘境,为失地农民的生产生活指明方向,对我国经济社会健康稳步发展有重要意义。本文以辽宁省兴城市临海产业区为主要研究对象,结合实地调研,探究失地农民市民化困境根源并提出解决其困境的具体思路。全文共分为五部分。第一部分导论,主要阐述国内外研究现状及本文的研究背景、意义、思路、方法,创新点及不足之处。第二部分,对开展本研究的相关概念和理论基础进行界定和阐述。第三部分,在实地调研的基础上,分析产业区失地农民的市民化现状及存在的问题。第四部分,探究导致产业区失地农民市民化困境的主要原因。在此基础上,第五部分从政府、社区及失地农民三个方面系统地提出解决兴城市临海产业区失地农民市民化问题的对策建议。
[Abstract]:With the acceleration of the urbanization process in China, the landless farmers have become a large number of people, and a large number of landless farmers are pouring into the city, which is bound to hinder the pace of urbanization. How to properly settle the landless peasants and make them smooth for the citizenization is imminent. A correct understanding of the predicament faced by the landless peasants in the tide of urbanization in China is of great significance to the production and life of the landless peasants, and it is of great significance to the healthy and steady development of our country's economic and social health. This paper, taking the Xingcheng coastal industrial area in Liaoning Province as the main research object, explores the root cause of the plight of the citizenization of the landless peasants and puts forward solutions.
