考虑农户公平关切的订单农业供应链均衡策略研究

【摘要】：订单农业模式是通过订单契约将公司和农户组织在一起的一种新型农业经营模式,该模式有助于提高农业生产能力、增加社会福利。然而在我国的订单农业渠道结构中,农户处于绝对的弱势地位,这种组织内部力量的不均衡会严重影响农户投资生产的积极性,使农户做出投机行为,从而引发农产品质量的安全问题。此外,在当前订单农业供应链复杂的运行环境下,公司可能会与多个同质农户建立产销关系且订单农业供应链的级数也会增加。鉴于此,本文将农户的公平关切行为纳入研究视角,研究农户的公平关切对"公司+两农户"型订单农业供应链和"销售商+批发商+农户"型三级订单农业供应链的运作产生的影响。首先,针对"公司+两农户"型订单农业供应链中农户的公平关切特征,运用F-S模型构建农户的公平关切效用函数,建立了公司和农户间的Stackelberg博弈模型以及两农户间的Cournot博弈模型,分别求出了在农户仅存在纵向公平关切行为、仅存在横向公平关切行为以及同时存在横向和纵向公平关切行为时两农户和公司的决策策略,分析了农户的纵横公平关切行为对"公司+两农户"型订单农业供应链的运作偏差的影响。研究表明虽然农户的不同纵横公平关切行为会使自身的投资努力水平产生不同的变化,但都会提高公司的收购价格。其次,针对"销售商+批发商+农户"型的三级订单农业供应链中农户的公平关切特征,同样运用F-S模型来构建农户的公平关切效用函数,建立了销售商和批发商间以及批发商和农户间的Stackelberg博弈模型,分别求出了在农户以批发商的收益、以销售商的收益以及以销售商和批发商的混合收益作为公平参照点时销售商、批发商以及农户的决策策略,分析了在农户选择不同参照点情形下农户的公平关切行为对三级订单农业供应链的运作偏差的影响。研究表明农户不同公平参照点的选取会使批发商和销售商不同程度地提高收购价格,这会使销售商和批发商向农户发生不同程度的利益转移,但不会影响供应链的整体收益以及农户自身的公平关切效用。
[Abstract]:Order agriculture model is a new type of agricultural management model, which organizes companies and farmers together through order contract, which is helpful to improve agricultural production capacity and increase social welfare. However, in the channel structure of our country's order agriculture, the peasant household is in an absolute weak position. The imbalance of the internal power of the organization will seriously affect the enthusiasm of the farmers to invest in production and make the farmers make speculation behavior. Thus causing the safety problem of agricultural product quality. In addition, under the complex operation environment of the order agriculture supply chain, the company may establish the production and marketing relationship with many homogeneous farmers, and the order agricultural supply chain level will also increase. In view of this, this paper brings the fair concern behavior of farmers into the perspective of research. This paper studies the impact of farmers' equity concerns on the operation of the "company two farmers" type of order agricultural supply chain and the "seller and wholesaler farmer" type of third-order agricultural supply chain. First of all, according to the characteristics of farmers' fair concern in the supply chain of "company two farmers", we use F-S model to construct the utility function of farmers' fair concern. Stackelberg game model between company and farmer and Cournot game model between two farmers are established. When there is only horizontal equity concern behavior and both horizontal and vertical equity concern behavior, the decision-making strategies of the two farmers and firms, This paper analyzes the influence of farmers' horizontal and vertical equity concern behavior on the operational deviation of the "company two farmers" type of order agricultural supply chain. The research shows that although farmers' different behaviors of equity and concern will cause different changes in their investment efforts, they will increase the purchase price of the company. Secondly, according to the characteristics of farmers' fair concern in the three-order agricultural supply chain of "seller wholesaler farmers", the F-S model is also used to construct the utility function of farmers' fair concern. The Stackelberg game model between seller and wholesaler and between wholesaler and farmer is established. When the farmer takes the profit of the wholesaler, the profit of the seller and the mixed income of the seller and wholesaler as the fair reference point respectively. Based on the decision-making strategies of wholesalers and farmers, this paper analyzes the influence of farmers' fair concern behavior on the operational deviation of three-order agricultural supply chain under different reference points. The research shows that the selection of different fair reference points of farmers will make wholesalers and sellers raise the purchase price to varying degrees, which will make the sellers and wholesalers transfer benefits to farmers to varying degrees. However, it will not affect the overall income of the supply chain and the equity concern utility of farmers themselves.
