全面建成小康社会决胜阶段农村发展的突出问题及对策研究

【摘要】：本文首先论述了全面小康与总体小康的差异;其次论述了全面建成小康社会决胜阶段农村发展面临的突出问题;第三,从建立现代农业、培育职业农民、壮大集体经济、盘活土地资产、完善基础设施和公共服务、健全治理体系、构筑生态屏障和调整政府职能八个方面进行了对策研究。
[Abstract]:This paper first discusses the difference between the overall well-off society and the overall well-off society; secondly, discusses the outstanding problems facing the rural development in the decisive stage of building a well-off society in an all-round way; third, from the establishment of modern agriculture, the cultivation of professional farmers, and the expansion of the collective economy, The countermeasures of activating land assets, perfecting infrastructure and public services, perfecting governance system, constructing ecological barrier and adjusting government functions are studied.
