贵州有机农业发展及对策研究

【摘要】:民以食为天,食以安为先。由于有机农业在生产过程中不使用农药、化肥、转基因工程,所以可以提供纯天然、无污染、安全的有机食品。在食品问题频发的今天,发展有机农业不仅可以从源头上保障舌尖上的安全,还可以保护生态环境不被污染。另外,有机农业是劳动密集型农业,在生产过程中需要大量的劳动力,发展有机农业不仅可以解决农村剩余劳动力就业问题,还可以带动农民发家致富。中央一号文件连续11年聚焦“三农”问题,足以说明国家对农业、农村、农民的重视。本文分六个章节,以有机农业为中心,分析研究了贵州能否发展有机农业、怎么发展有机农业的问题。第一章为导论,包括研究背景、研究目的和意义、国内外有机农业研究现状、以及研究内容和研究方法;第二章为相关理论的研究,首先,阐述了有机农业和有机食品的概念;其次,将有机农业与传统农业、常规农业进行比较,将有机食品与绿色食品、无公害食品进行比较;最后以生态经济学理论、循环经济学理论、可持续发展理论及品牌建设理论为基础来研究有机农业。第三章分析了贵州发展有机农业的必要性和可行性,在可行性分析中利用SWOT模型分析了贵州发展有机农业的优势、劣势、机遇、挑战,得出贵州适宜发展有机农业的结论;第四章通过三个典型案例(仁怀市有机高粱种植、威宁草海有机茶园、黔东南生态养鸡)分析研究了其对应的三种有机农业发展模式(“有机订单农业”模式、单一有机农业技术发展模式、种养结合型复合生态模式),探索出适合贵州有机农业发展的模式;第五章根据SWOT的分析情况,结合案例研究情况,总结出贵州有机农业发展的对策建议;第六章为综合以上五章研究得出的结论。本文对贵州有机农业发展进行了比较深入地分析研究,并对加快贵州有机农业发展的模式作了初步探索,以期为全省和地区有关部门、单位和企业今后研究有机农业发展问题提供参考。
[Abstract]:The people take food as the day, and food takes peace as the first. Since organic agriculture does not use pesticides, chemical fertilizers, or genetically modified engineering, it can provide pure natural, pollution-free and safe organic food. Nowadays, the development of organic agriculture can not only guarantee the safety of tongue tip from the source, but also protect the ecological environment from pollution. In addition, organic agriculture is labor-intensive agriculture, in the production process needs a large number of labor, the development of organic agriculture can not only solve the problem of employment of rural surplus labor force, but also lead farmers to become rich. The first document focuses on agriculture, countryside and farmers for 11 consecutive years. This article is divided into six chapters, taking organic agriculture as the center, analyzes and studies the question whether Guizhou can develop organic agriculture and how to develop organic agriculture. The first chapter is the introduction, including the research background, the research purpose and significance, the domestic and foreign organic agriculture research present situation, as well as the research content and the research method, the second chapter is the related theory research, first, elaborated the organic agriculture and the organic food concept; Secondly, organic agriculture is compared with traditional agriculture, conventional agriculture, organic food and green food, pollution-free food. On the basis of sustainable development theory and brand building theory, organic agriculture is studied. In the third chapter, the necessity and feasibility of developing organic agriculture in Guizhou are analyzed. In the feasibility analysis, the advantages, disadvantages, opportunities and challenges of developing organic agriculture in Guizhou are analyzed by using SWOT model, and the conclusion is drawn that it is appropriate for Guizhou to develop organic agriculture. In the fourth chapter, through three typical cases (organic sorghum planting in Renhuai City, organic tea garden in Weining Caohai, and ecological chicken raising in the southeast of Guizhou), the corresponding three organic agricultural development models ("organic order agriculture") are analyzed and studied. The development model of single organic agriculture technology, the combination ecological model of planting and raising, and the model suitable for the development of Guizhou organic agriculture are explored. Chapter five, according to the analysis of SWOT, combined with the case study, This paper summarizes the countermeasures and suggestions for the development of Guizhou organic agriculture, and the sixth chapter is the conclusion of synthesizing the above five chapters. In this paper, the development of organic agriculture in Guizhou is analyzed and studied in depth, and the mode of speeding up the development of organic agriculture in Guizhou is preliminarily explored, with a view to serving the relevant departments of the province and regions. Units and enterprises in the future to study the development of organic agriculture to provide a reference.
