RCEP建立对中国畜产品贸易影响的研究

【摘要】：本文在分析中国畜产品贸易现状基础上,运用全球贸易分析模型(GTAP)研究区域全面经济伙伴关系(RCEP)的建立对中国畜产品进出口产生的影响,并提出相应的政策建议。研究表明:近年来中国畜产品贸易保持了较快的增长速度、贸易结构发生了巨大的变化,贸易逆差问题日益严重;区域全面伙伴关系的达成会进一步加重中国畜产品贸易逆差,并将对中国部分畜产品贸易产生较大影响,因此不同畜产品的贸易自由化政策应有所区别。为应对羊毛和奶产品等畜产品进口冲击,可以考虑设置敏感产品目录或者非关税壁垒等方式,保护国内相关产业的发展。
[Abstract]:Based on the analysis of the current situation of China's livestock products trade, this paper applies the global trade analysis model (GTAP) to study the impact of the establishment of regional comprehensive economic partnership (RCEP) on the import and export of China's livestock products, and puts forward corresponding policy recommendations. The research shows that China's livestock product trade has maintained a rapid growth rate in recent years, the trade structure has changed greatly, the trade deficit problem has become more and more serious, and the conclusion of regional comprehensive partnership will further aggravate the trade deficit of China's livestock products. It will have a great influence on the trade of some livestock products in China, so the trade liberalization policies of different livestock products should be different. In order to deal with the import shock of livestock products such as wool and dairy products, we can consider the establishment of sensitive catalogue or non-tariff barriers to protect the development of domestic related industries.
