集中连片特困地区的精准扶贫模式

【摘要】：我国集中连片特困地区实施精准扶贫是当前扶贫开发工作的重要举措,是确保扶贫到位的新思维、新方式。但目前我国集中连片特困地区精准扶贫开发工作还处于探索创新阶段。秦巴山区甘肃省陇南市依托"互联网+"发展,在加强农村基层组织建设、合理规划精准扶贫项目、积极培育贫困地区优势产业、拓宽农村教育培训的路径等方面,首创了"互联网+电商"精准扶贫模式,取得了探索性经验,堪称互联网+农村扶贫工作的典范,为其他集中连片特困地区实施"互联网+电商"的精准扶贫模式提供了有益启示和经验借鉴。
[Abstract]:It is an important measure of poverty alleviation and development in China to focus on the poverty alleviation in special difficult areas. It is also a new way of thinking and a new way to help the poor. But at present, the development of precision poverty alleviation in China is still in the stage of exploration and innovation. Relying on the development of the "Internet", Longnan City in Qinba Mountain region, Gansu Province, has strengthened the construction of rural grass-roots organizations, rationally planned accurate poverty alleviation projects, actively cultivated superior industries in poor areas, and widened the path of rural education and training. It has initiated the "Internet e-commerce" accurate poverty alleviation model, gained exploratory experience, and is a model for poverty alleviation work in rural areas on the Internet. It provides useful inspiration and experience for other areas with special difficulties to implement the accurate poverty alleviation model of Internet e-commerce.
