股份制农业合作化的依据及实践

【摘要】：20世纪50年代的农业合作化运动既发挥了多方面的积极作用,也带来了不少消极影响。家庭联产承包责任制在一定的时代背景下产生过积极作用,但经过30多年的运作后的当今已越来越不适应经济社会的发展,家庭小规模经营的弊端日益显现,阻碍了农业现代化的进程。农业合作化、家庭联产承包责任制的弊端为探索新型农业合作化道路提供了根据。应当吸取农业合作化、家庭联产承包责任制的经验,克服其不足,尝试农村土地制度创新,走股份制农业合作化道路,建立健全的土地流转机制,以形成规模经营,提高效益。
[Abstract]:The agricultural cooperative movement in the 1950s not only played a positive role in many aspects, but also brought a lot of negative effects. The household contract responsibility system has played a positive role in a certain background of the times. However, after more than 30 years of operation, the family contract responsibility system has become more and more unsuitable for the development of economy and society, and the malpractice of family small-scale management has become increasingly apparent. It hinders the process of agricultural modernization. The malpractice of agricultural cooperation and household contract responsibility system provides the basis for exploring the new way of agricultural cooperation. We should absorb the experience of agricultural cooperation and household contract responsibility system, overcome its shortcomings, try to innovate the rural land system, take the path of joint-stock agricultural cooperation, and establish a sound land transfer mechanism in order to form a large-scale management and improve efficiency.
