基于DEA模型的我国农业产业安全度评估

【摘要】：农业产业安全问题为国家经济安全之核心。文章基于系统论观点,采用DEA数据包络分析构建农业产业安全评估模型,对我国农业产业安全进行评估,并对后续5年(2017—2022年)农业产业安全发展趋势进行预测。研究表明,我国农业产业在2002年加入世贸后的过渡期结束后保持了安全、稳定的发展态势,后续5年虽然整体发展稳定,但要实施"助农、扶农、兴农"的政策目标,还需配以相应的保障机制才能达成。
[Abstract]:Agricultural industry safety is the core of national economic security. Based on the viewpoint of system theory, this paper uses DEA data envelopment analysis to construct the agricultural industry safety evaluation model, evaluates the agricultural industry safety of our country, and forecasts the development trend of agricultural industry safety in the following five years (2017-2022). The study shows that China's agricultural industry maintained a safe and stable development trend after the end of the transitional period after its accession to the WTO in 2002.Although the overall development in the next five years was stable, the policy objective of "assisting agriculture, supporting agriculture, and prospering agriculture" should be implemented. It also needs to be accompanied by a corresponding safeguard mechanism to achieve.
