基于失效模式与后果分析的农场到家庭模式风险分析

【摘要】：针对农场到家庭(farm to family,F2F)模式企业运营风险,从顾客视角提出基于云理论(cloud model)评价模型的失效模式与后果分析(failure mode and effects analysis,FMEA)方法,通过专家小组评价,在模糊理论和概率论基础上,将定性风险评价转化为定量指标并进行风险排序,通过运用于某F2F运营平台A进行分析,针对存在问题提出风险控制措施.
[Abstract]:In view of the operation risk of (farm to family F2F (farm to family) model, a method of failure mode and consequence analysis based on cloud theory (cloud model) evaluation model is put forward from the customer's perspective. Through expert group evaluation, on the basis of fuzzy theory and probability theory, the method of failure mode and consequence analysis based on fuzzy theory and probability theory is put forward. The qualitative risk evaluation is transformed into quantitative index and the risk ranking is carried out. The risk control measures are put forward by applying it to a F2F operating platform A.
