中国农产品企业国际市场进入模式选择研究

【摘要】:作为农业大国,近年来我国农产品出口规模不断扩大。据统计,我国目前已成为继美国、欧盟、加拿大、巴西之后的第五大农产品出口国。在世界经济全球化以及中国农业快速发展的背景下,全球很多大型农产品企业纷纷进入我国,他们的介入进一步提高了我国农产品企业的技术水平和生产能力,有利于我国农产品市场的规范,但同时也使得中国农产品企业不得不面对更加激烈的国际竞争。尽管我国劳动密集型农产品增加了参与国际竞争的机会,但是我国参与国际竞争的龙头企业普遍存在生产规模小、产品质量差、品牌不强的问题。特别是在沿海一些农产品出口基地,不少出口企业不仅规模小、竞争力差,而且由于缺乏行会协作机制,有时为争夺国际市场常常互相压价,搞低水平、无序的恶性竞争,内耗损失惨重。再加上农产品企业本身具有进入国际市场风险大、价格操作选择余地有限、决策具有偶然性和进入模式选择被动等特点,这些问题都严重影响了农产品企业进入国际市场的模式选择,那么究竟有哪些因素影响农产品企业进入国际市场模式选择,这些因素怎样影响农产品企业进入国际市场模式选择,我国农产品企业应怎样参与国际竞争、迎接全球市场的挑战这都是本论文所要研究的问题。本文首先对企业国际市场进入模式选择问题进行文献梳理,接着介绍企业国际市场进入的主要模式及影响模式选择的各类因素,之后针对农产品企业的特点,重点分析了影响农产品企业国际市场进入模式选择的三类因素,在此基础上本文构建了农产品企业国际市场进入模式选择的递进决策概念模型,并以四川农产品企业的国际市场进入为例,运用层次分析法分别对其所有权优势、区位优势、内部化优势以及母国推力优势进行了实证研究,据此得到农产品企业国际市场进入的模式选择依据。
[Abstract]:As a large agricultural country, China's agricultural exports have been expanding in recent years. According to statistics, China has become the fifth largest exporter of agricultural products after the United States, the European Union, Canada and Brazil. Intervention further improves the technical level and productivity of China's agricultural products enterprises, which is conducive to the standardization of China's agricultural products market, but also makes China's agricultural products enterprises have to face more intense international competition. The leading enterprises in the competition generally have the problems of small scale of production, poor quality of products and weak brand. Especially in some agricultural export bases along the coast, many export enterprises are not only small in scale and poor in competitiveness, but also because of the lack of cooperative mechanism between trade unions, sometimes in order to compete for the international market, they often depress each other, engage in low-level, disorderly and vicious competition. These problems have seriously affected the choice of entry mode for agricultural products enterprises, and what factors affect the entry of agricultural products enterprises? How these factors affect the choice of international market entry mode for agricultural products enterprises, how Chinese agricultural products enterprises should participate in international competition and meet the challenges of global market are all the problems to be studied in this paper. This paper introduces the main modes of international market entry and the various factors affecting the selection of the modes. Then, according to the characteristics of the agricultural products enterprises, three factors affecting the selection of the modes of international market entry for the agricultural products enterprises are emphatically analyzed. On this basis, a progressive decision-making conceptual model for the selection of the modes of international market entry for the agricultural products enterprises is constructed. Taking the international market entry of Sichuan agricultural products enterprises as an example, this paper makes an empirical study on their ownership advantages, location advantages, internalization advantages and home country thrust advantages by using the analytic hierarchy process.
