金堂县清河村三农现状及精准扶贫研究

【摘要】：本文的研究对象清河村属金堂县重点贫困村之一。三农问题一直以来都是农村发展的重点问题,而精准扶贫能够有效解决三农问题,因此,目前金堂县政府以产业为抓手,全力发展贫困村经济,进行精准扶贫,带领贫困村脱贫致富。文章以清河村三农现状作为出发点,对清河村进行精准扶贫相关研究。主要研究目的是在上级政府对清河村进行村庄发展规划的基础上,以其产业定位和产业布局为契机,对清河村贫困户进行精准扶贫,带动贫困村民脱贫,促进清河村经济发展,提升金堂县整体实力,全面助力城乡居民实现共同富裕。论文的研究主要分为三个方面:首先是通过对精准扶贫、产业扶贫的国内外研究现状进行分析,运用文献研究、归纳分析、实地考察、调查问卷、实证研究等社会科学研究方法,对科学发展、产业融合、利益相关等理论进行分析与研究,为文章奠定坚实的理论基础;其次,根据搜集的实地调研资料,分析清河村现阶段的三农概况,全面分析清河村42户贫困户的贫困现状和致贫原因,进而分析当前清河村贫困户脱贫障碍;最后,针对清河村三农现状和扶贫实践现状,接着提出符合清河村实际情况的“资金扶贫+生产扶贫+加工扶贫+销售扶贫+政府兜底”五位一体的综合性精准扶贫模式以及该模式在清河村42户贫困户中的具体应用,并随之对该扶贫模式的发展进行了相关对策和保障机制研究。本文在促进金堂县发展地域经济,带领贫困人口脱贫致富,促进城乡统筹协调发展,实现全面建成小康社会上具有十分重要的现实指导意义,为清河村的村庄扶贫发展提供切实可行的借鉴。
[Abstract]:Qinghe Village is one of the key poverty-stricken villages in Jintang County. The problems of agriculture, countryside and farmers have always been the focus of rural development. Precise poverty alleviation can effectively solve the problems of agriculture, countryside and farmers. Therefore, the Jintang County government is now focusing on industry to develop the economy of poverty-stricken villages, carry out precise poverty alleviation, and lead poverty-stricken villages out poverty alleviation and become rich. Based on the village development planning of Qinghe village by the higher government, the main purpose of this paper is to make a precise poverty alleviation for the poor households in Qinghe village by taking the opportunity of its industrial location and industrial layout, and to drive the poor villagers out of poverty and promote the economic development of Qinghe village. The paper mainly divides into three aspects: first, through the analysis of the research status of precision poverty alleviation, industrial poverty alleviation at home and abroad, using literature research, inductive analysis, field investigation, questionnaire, empirical research and other social science research methods, Science Secondly, according to the collected field research data, the paper analyzes the current situation of the three rural areas in Qinghe village, comprehensively analyzes the poverty situation and causes of 42 poor households in Qinghe village, and then analyzes the current poverty-alleviation obstacles of the poor households in Qinghe village. Finally, aiming at the present situation of agriculture, countryside and farmers and poverty alleviation practice in Qinghe village, this paper puts forward a comprehensive and precise poverty alleviation model of five-in-one, which is in line with the actual situation of Qinghe village and its application in 42 poor households in Qinghe village. In this paper, the development of Jintang County to promote the development of regional economy, lead the poor to get rich, promote the coordinated development of urban and rural areas, to achieve a well-off society in an all-round way has a very important practical significance, for the village of Qinghe village poverty alleviation development to provide practical reference.
