供给侧改革视域下的湖南农业转型升级

【摘要】：介绍了农业供给侧结构性改革提出的政策背景、理论依据。湖南农业供给侧结构性改革的目标是要加快推进农业转型升级,在农业供给侧结构性改革视域下,要推动湖南农业产业结构、农业经营方式、现代农业功能区、农业技术推广体系、新农村建设等的转型升级。
[Abstract]:This paper introduces the policy background and theoretical basis of agricultural supply-side structural reform. The aim of the structural reform on the supply side of Hunan's agriculture is to speed up the transformation and upgrading of agriculture. In the field of structural reform on the supply side of agriculture, the structure of Hunan's agricultural industry, the mode of agricultural management, and the functional areas of modern agriculture should be promoted. Agricultural technology extension system, new rural construction and other transformation and upgrading.
