精准扶贫的理论创新与实践探索

【摘要】：先富带后富理论适应了时代发展要求,而先富如何带后富已成为跨世纪重大课题。党的十八大以来,中央提出以精准扶贫为核心的扶贫开发思想,形成扶贫开发完整的组织保证、政策措施、方法途径和管理机制,动员全党全社会实施打赢脱贫攻坚战的战略部署。精准扶贫实现先富带后富理论重大创新,各地在全面指导扶贫开发的实践中,不可避免会遇到新问题,精准扶贫尚需探索和不断创新发展,开创出中国特色扶贫开发共同富裕的新路子。
[Abstract]:The theory of wealth after wealth meets the requirements of the times, and how to bring after rich has become a major issue in the cross century. Since the 18th National Congress of the Party, the Central Committee has put forward the idea of poverty alleviation and development with precision as the core to form a complete organizational guarantee, policy measures, methods, and management mechanisms for poverty alleviation and development. Mobilize the whole party and society to implement the strategic plan to win the battle against poverty and difficulty. Precision poverty alleviation is an important innovation in rich theory. In the practice of guiding poverty alleviation and development in an all-round way, new problems will inevitably be encountered. Precision poverty alleviation still needs to be explored and continuously innovated and developed. We will open up a new road of common prosperity for poverty alleviation and development with Chinese characteristics.
