福州茉莉花产业化发展策略研究

【摘要】：2015年中央一号文件明确提出中国要强,农业必须强。做强农业,必须尽快从主要追求产量和依赖资源消耗的粗放经营转到数量质量效益并重、注重提高竞争力、注重农业科技创新、注重可持续的集约发展上来,走产出高效、产品安全、资源节约、坏境友好的现代农业发展道路。2006年起,福州市政府以及茉莉花茶同业发起对茉莉花(茶)产业的拯救行动。2014年4月29日于意大利罗马召开的联合国粮农组织全球重要农业一战指导和科学委员会会议,经过投票表决,福州茉莉花种植和茶文化系统成为“全球重要农业文化遗产”,这是振兴福州茉莉花产业的重大机遇。因此,研究福州茉莉花产业化发展,对于挖掘福州茉莉花文化,恢复传统优势产业,提升城市形象,实现福州农业和农村经济的快速发展和可持续发展具有极为重要的理论和现实意义。本文共分七部分,主要内容如下：第一部分为绪论,主要介绍了福州茉莉花产业化发展的选题背景与研究意义；阐述了国内外的研究状况：提出本文的研究思路和方法。第二部分对福州茉莉花的发展进行概述,介绍福州茉莉花发展的历史渊源和品种,并对福州茉莉花产业化发展的现状进行分析,最后提出福州茉莉花产业化发展中存在的主要问题。第三部分对福州茉莉花产业化发展的条件进行分析。发展优势主要体现在品种及地域优势以及较有利的社会条件上。通过对典型企业的分析,找出产业发展优势。第四部分通过对广西横县茉莉花产业种植、加工、销售、发展模式进行分析,总结横县茉莉花产业化发展的优势和劣势,从中得出茉莉花产业化发展的启示。第五部分提出福州茉莉花产业化发展的指导思想和总体思路。第六部分就福州茉莉花产业化发展存在的问题提出解决对策。如加快种植基地生态建设；推进企业联合重组；建立茉莉花产品研发体系；实施精品工程,开拓高端市场；挖掘产业文化,打造核心竞争力。第七部分提出提出本文的研究结论。
[Abstract]:The first document of the Central Committee in 2015 clearly stated that China must strengthen its agriculture. In order to strengthen agriculture, we must shift as soon as possible from the extensive operation, which mainly pursues output and depends on resource consumption, to the equal emphasis on quantity and quality benefits, on enhancing competitiveness, on innovation in agricultural science and technology, on sustainable intensive development, and on efficient output. Product safety, resource saving, bad environment friendly modern agricultural development road. 2006, Fuzhou municipal government and jasmine tea industry have launched a rescue operation for the jasmine (tea) industry. A vote was taken at the FAO steering and Scientific Committee meeting on the first World War on Agriculture, held in Rome, Italy, on April 29, 2014. Fuzhou jasmine planting and tea culture system has become an important agricultural cultural heritage in the world, which is an important opportunity to revitalize Fuzhou jasmine industry. Therefore, to study the industrialization development of Fuzhou jasmine flower, to excavate Fuzhou jasmine culture, to restore the traditional superior industry and to promote the city image, It is of great theoretical and practical significance to realize the rapid development and sustainable development of agriculture and rural economy in Fuzhou. This paper is divided into seven parts, the main contents are as follows: the first part is the introduction, mainly introduces the background and significance of the development of Fuzhou jasmine industrialization, expounds the research situation at home and abroad, and puts forward the research ideas and methods of this paper. The second part summarizes the development of Fuzhou jasmine flower, introduces the historical origin and variety of Fuzhou jasmine flower development, and analyzes the present situation of Fuzhou jasmine flower industrialization development. Finally, the main problems in the industrialization of jasmine in Fuzhou are put forward. The third part analyzes the conditions for the industrialization of jasmine in Fuzhou. The development superiority mainly manifests in the variety and the region superiority as well as the more advantageous social condition. Through the analysis of typical enterprises, find out the advantages of industrial development. The fourth part analyzes the pattern of planting, processing, marketing and development of Jasmine industry in Hengxian, Guangxi, summarizes the advantages and disadvantages of industrialization of Jasmine in Hengxian, and draws the enlightenment of industrialization development of Jasmine. The fifth part puts forward the guiding ideology and general idea of Fuzhou jasmine industrialization development. The sixth part puts forward the countermeasures to solve the problems existing in the industrialization of Fuzhou jasmine. For example, accelerate the ecological construction of planting base; promote the joint reorganization of enterprises; establish the research and development system of jasmine products; carry out the excellent project, open up the high-end market; excavate the industry culture, build the core competitiveness. The seventh part puts forward the conclusion of this paper.
