泉州市休闲农业适宜区评价研究

【摘要】:随着经济的持续快速发展和居民生活水平的日益提高,人们的消费观念逐步发生改变,休闲农业旅游需求开始迅速增长,相应的市场供给亦经历白热化发展。然而休闲农业的适宜性、合理性和科学性发展问题也逐渐显现。休闲农业的空间布局应综合考虑农业自然资源、地形及周边的自然环境和经济环境,科学地进行休闲农业的布局,以合理利用农业自然资源构建休闲农业功能分区,提高资源的有效配置,促进环境与经济、社会的协调发展。休闲农业项目地选址是休闲农业开发建设中的重要前提,力求在科学方法指导下,使休闲农业的规划选址定量化、科学化。本研究以泉州市为研究区域,以泉州休闲农业示范点为研究对象,采取多角度、多层次的研究思路,将理论研究与实证分析相结合,运用GIS空间分析方法,结合层次分析法、专家打分法等多种研究方法,对泉州市休闲农业项目地适宜性选址评价指标进行定性和定量分析,主要研究内容及研究结论如下:(1)对泉州市休闲农业示范点概况进行分析。泉州市休闲农业示范点呈现出分布不均匀;大部分以自然资源、农业景观等天然的优势为主导特色;整体分布呈现"部分集中,整体分散"的特点。(2)在泉州市DEM数据的基础上,对高程、坡度、坡向以及地形起伏度四个因子分别进行单因子分析以及多因子叠加分析,将整个泉州市休闲农业项目地分为最适宜区、适宜区、不适宜区。(3)运用层次分析法构建泉州休闲农业适宜性评价层次结构模型,该模型主要包括区位条件(B1)、资源条件(B2)和立地条件(B3)三个项目层。其中,通过相关专家进行打分,得到资源条件的权重值最大,达到0.443,表明资源条件是影响休闲农业项目选址开发最重要的因素。(4)选取永春茂霞村、桃仙溪休闲农业园、安溪县华祥苑茶庄园、惠安县葵花生态园以及南安市黄旗尖茶庄园5个案例作为实证研究,最后的评价结果与调查分析得到的实际情况基本吻合,证明泉州休闲农业项目地选址开发是合理的。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of economy and the improvement of living standards, people's consumption concept has changed gradually, the demand for leisure agriculture and tourism has increased rapidly, and the corresponding market supply has also experienced a white-hot development. However, the suitability, rationality and scientific development of leisure agriculture also gradually appear. The spatial distribution of leisure agriculture should take into account agricultural natural resources, topography and surrounding natural and economic environment, scientifically carry out the layout of leisure agriculture, and construct the functional zoning of leisure agriculture by rational utilization of agricultural natural resources. Improve the effective allocation of resources and promote the coordinated development of environment, economy and society. The site selection of leisure agriculture project is an important prerequisite in the development and construction of leisure agriculture. Under the guidance of scientific methods, the planning site selection of leisure agriculture can be quantified and scientific. This research takes Quanzhou as the research area, takes Quanzhou leisure agriculture demonstration spot as the research object, takes the multi-angle, the multi-level research thought, combines the theory research with the empirical analysis, uses the GIS spatial analysis method, unifies the analytic hierarchy process. Expert scoring method and other research methods are used to qualitatively and quantitatively analyze the evaluation index of site suitability of leisure agriculture projects in Quanzhou. The main research contents and conclusions are as follows: (1) the general situation of leisure agriculture demonstration sites in Quanzhou is analyzed. Quanzhou leisure agriculture demonstration sites show uneven distribution; most of them are dominated by natural advantages such as natural resources and agricultural landscape; the overall distribution is characterized by "partial concentration and overall dispersion". (2) on the basis of Quanzhou DEM data, The four factors of elevation, slope, slope direction and topographic fluctuation were analyzed by single factor analysis and multi-factor superposition analysis respectively, and the whole land of leisure agriculture in Quanzhou was divided into the most suitable area. (3) Analytic hierarchy process (AHP) was used to construct the hierarchical structure model of the suitability evaluation of Quanzhou leisure agriculture. The model mainly includes three project layers: location condition (B1), resource condition (B2) and site condition (B3). Among them, according to the relevant experts, the weight of the resource condition is the largest, reaching 0.443, which indicates that the resource condition is the most important factor affecting the location and development of the leisure agriculture project. (4) choose the Yongchun Maoxia Village, Taoxianxi Leisure Agricultural Park, The five cases of Huoxiang Garden Tea Manor in Anxi County, Sunflower Ecological Park in Huian County and Huangqi Jian Tea Manor in Nanan City are taken as empirical studies. The final evaluation results are basically consistent with the actual situation obtained by investigation and analysis. It is proved that the site selection and development of Quanzhou leisure agriculture project is reasonable.
