山东省农业现代化水平时空演变研究

【摘要】：农业是重要的国民经济基础,我国实现农业现代化对提升粮食安全、稳定经济发展、缩小城乡差距、全面建成小康社会具有不可缺少的作用,山东省在我国的农业、经济、人口领域占有重要席位,研究山东省农业现代化进程对我国具有重要的经济、社会意义;农业现代化是一个动态过程,构建山东省农业现代化评价指标体系并对山东省农业现代化进行测算、分析,明确山东省农业现代化发展方向,对山东省农业现代化建设具有重要意义,对全国农业现代化建设也极具借鉴意义。首先,本文从农业现代化基本概念、理论开始研究,借鉴国内外相关研究成果,根据系统性、全面性、简洁性、可比性、可得性原则建立山东省农业现代化评价指标体系,指标体系包括投入水平、产出水平、农业经济水平、可持续发展水平4项一级指标,11项二级指标,评价指标体系的建立为山东省农业现代化研究奠定了坚实基础。其次,根据建立的评价指标体系对山东省及其17地市农业现代化时空演变特点和现状进行测算,得出2006-2015年山东省整体农业现代化水平呈上升趋势,17地市农业现代化水平大多数呈上升趋势;17地市农业现代化水平发展不均衡,基本分成三个不同水平区域,鲁东、鲁中、鲁西三个发展水平有差异的地区。再次,根据测算结果结合现有农业阶段化理论对山东省及其各地市农业阶段化进行划分,得出山东省整体农业现代化现处于基本完成阶段,17地市农业现代化有发展阶段、初步实现阶段、基本实现阶段3种阶段共存。最后,根据测算和分析结论对山东省农业现代化发展提出对策建议,从农业制度、基础设施、产业结构、生态等方面提出切实可行的推动山东省农业现代化进步的对策建议。
[Abstract]:Agriculture is an important foundation of the national economy. Agricultural modernization in our country plays an indispensable role in promoting food security, stabilizing economic development, narrowing the gap between urban and rural areas, and building a well-off society in an all-round way. The study on the process of agricultural modernization in Shandong Province is of great economic and social significance to our country, and the modernization of agriculture is a dynamic process. It is of great significance to construct the evaluation index system of agricultural modernization of Shandong Province, to calculate and analyze the agricultural modernization of Shandong Province, and to make clear the developing direction of agricultural modernization in Shandong Province, which is of great significance to the construction of agricultural modernization in Shandong Province. To the national agricultural modernization construction also has the extremely referential significance. Firstly, this paper starts with the basic concept and theory of agricultural modernization, draws lessons from relevant research results at home and abroad, and establishes the evaluation index system of agricultural modernization in Shandong Province according to the principles of systematization, comprehensiveness, brevity, comparability and availability. The index system consists of input level, output level, agricultural economy level, sustainable development level, and 11 secondary indexes. The establishment of evaluation index system has laid a solid foundation for the study of agricultural modernization in Shandong Province. Secondly, according to the established evaluation index system, the characteristics and present situation of spatiotemporal evolution of agricultural modernization in Shandong Province and its 17 cities are calculated. It is concluded that the overall agricultural modernization level of Shandong Province is on the rise from 2006 to 2015, the agricultural modernization level of 17 prefectures and cities is on the rise, and the agricultural modernization level of 17 prefectures and cities is not balanced and is basically divided into three different level regions, Ludong and Luzhong. Three areas with different levels of development in western Shandong. Thirdly, according to the results of the calculation combined with the existing agricultural stage theory of Shandong Province and its cities agricultural phase division, the overall agricultural modernization of Shandong Province is now in the basic completion stage, 17 cities agricultural modernization has a stage of development. The initial realization stage, the basic realization stage three stages coexist. Finally, according to the results of calculation and analysis, the countermeasures and suggestions for the development of agricultural modernization in Shandong Province are put forward, including agricultural system, infrastructure, industrial structure, ecology and so on.
