中美农业科研管理体制比较研究

【摘要】：农业科技创新是农业可持续发展的关键动力。通过对比中美农业科研管理体制发现,两国在农业科研管理体系、农业科研投入、农业科技创新管理政策等方面存在较大的差异。在此基础上,本文借鉴美国农业科研管理的发展经验,提出了完善中国农业科研管理体制的政策和建议。
[Abstract]:The innovation of agricultural science and technology is the key power of sustainable development of agriculture. By comparing the management system of agricultural scientific research between China and the United States, it is found that there are great differences between the two countries in the management system of agricultural scientific research, the input of agricultural scientific research, the management policy of agricultural scientific and technological innovation and so on. On this basis, this paper draws lessons from the development experience of American agricultural scientific research management, and puts forward some policies and suggestions to perfect the agricultural scientific research management system in China.
