喀什地区农业现代化发展问题研究

【摘要】：农业作为国民经济的基础性产业历来都受到各个国家的重视。而当今社会各行业都在加快现代化的进程,促进农业现代化发展是我国社会主义现代化建设的重要组成部分。目前喀什地区农业发展得到了很好的成绩,可是发展速度较慢,跟不上新疆农业现代化平均水平和中国农业现代化发展平均水平的步伐,此时需要对喀什地区农业现代化发展进行针对性的研究,并针对相应问题提出解决办法,针对喀什地区农业现代化的特殊情况提出一套科学、系统的评价体系。本文是通过研究喀什地区进20年的发展情况,结合农业发达国家和国内有关农业发展较好地区的实际情况,根据相关的经济学理论,运用描述统计和实证分析的方法,从定性和定量两个角度构建了喀什地区农业现代化评价指标体系和评价模型,对喀什地区农业现代化发展进行了深入研究,并提出了相关的政策和建议。首先,本研究绪论部分和第二章对农业现代化理论详细的阐述为后面喀什地区农业现代化分析打好理论基础。然后第三章部分是讲了喀什地区的地理位置、人口、行政区划分,三次产业情况等一些主要基本情况。详细的阐述了喀什地区现在的农业现代化发展状况以及影响因素。其次,第四章和第五章借鉴前人的指标体系,结合喀什地区农业现代化发展水平,选择一系列指标和建立评价模型,然后对这些指标权重和标准化处理和测评喀什地区农业现代化水平及结果分析。根据喀什地区农业现代化的现状特征来选择指标、指标的说明。选取的指标来做回归模型、参数估计及检验,最后对出来的模型结果进行分析。最后,第六章部分是根据分析结果找出喀什地区农业现代化发展中存在的问题及提出一些可行性的对策建议。
[Abstract]:Agriculture as the basic industry of the national economy has always been attached importance to by various countries. At present, all industries are speeding up the process of modernization, and promoting the development of agricultural modernization is an important part of the socialist modernization construction of our country. At present, the development of agriculture in Kashi area has achieved very good results, but the pace of development is relatively slow and cannot keep pace with the average level of agricultural modernization in Xinjiang and the average level of agricultural modernization in China. At this time, it is necessary to study the development of agricultural modernization in Kashi region, and put forward solutions to the corresponding problems, and put forward a set of scientific and systematic evaluation system for the special situation of agricultural modernization in Kashi region. This paper studies the development of Kashi in the past 20 years, combined with the actual situation of agricultural developed countries and domestic agricultural development areas, according to the relevant economic theory, using descriptive statistics and empirical analysis methods. This paper constructs the evaluation index system and evaluation model of agricultural modernization in Kashi region from two aspects of qualitative and quantitative analysis, studies the development of agricultural modernization in Kashi area, and puts forward some relevant policies and suggestions. First, the introduction of this study and the second chapter of the theory of agricultural modernization in detail for the Kashi region agricultural modernization analysis lay a good theoretical foundation. Then the third chapter discusses the geographical location, population, division of administrative regions, three industries and other basic conditions. Elaborated in detail the Kashi area present agricultural modernization development situation and the influence factor. Secondly, the fourth and fifth chapters draw lessons from the previous index system, combining with the development level of agricultural modernization in Kashi region, select a series of indicators and establish an evaluation model. Then the weight of these indicators and standardized treatment and evaluation of the level and results of agricultural modernization in Kashi area are analyzed. According to the present situation characteristic of agricultural modernization in Kashi area, the index and the description of index are selected. The selected indexes are used for regression model, parameter estimation and test. Finally, the results of the model are analyzed. Finally, the sixth chapter is based on the results of the analysis to find out the existing problems in the development of agricultural modernization in Kashi region and put forward some feasible countermeasures.
