中国特色扶贫开发道路研究

【摘要】：改革开放以来,中国成功走出了一条中国特色扶贫开发道路。这条道路在特定时空背景和丰富思想资源的孕育下,历经近四十年实践探索而逐步生成。根据各时期扶贫目标、扶贫主体、扶贫客体、扶贫方式的不同,大体可以将中国特色扶贫开发道路划分为开创探索、基本形成、纵深发展和进一步拓展等四个阶段。中国特色扶贫开发道路在形成和发展的过程中取得了世所罕见的伟大成就,它也为我们进一步完成打赢脱贫攻坚战、全面建成小康社会的任务奠定了坚实基础、创造了宝贵经验,更为全球贫困治理事业贡献了中国智慧。
[Abstract]:Since reform and opening up, China has successfully set out a road of poverty alleviation and development with Chinese characteristics. Under the special time and space background and abundant thought resources, this road has been gradually formed after nearly 40 years of practice and exploration. According to the different objectives, subjects, objects and ways of poverty alleviation in different periods, the road of poverty alleviation and development with Chinese characteristics can be divided into four stages: pioneering exploration, basic formation, deep development and further development. The road of poverty alleviation and development with Chinese characteristics has made a great achievement rarely seen in the world during its formation and development. It has also laid a solid foundation for us to further complete the task of winning the war against poverty and tackling difficulties and building a well-off society in an all-round way. Created valuable experience, more global poverty management cause contributed to China's wisdom.
