中央储备粮青岛直属库智能化粮库建设可行性研究报告

【摘要】:中国储备粮管理总公司在2011年的仓储管理工作会议上提出了“三五八一”仓储管理工作的智能化目标:在未来2-3年内,以分公司为单位,直属库总仓容30%的仓房采用智能通风技术,50%的烘干机实现智能化控制,80%的气调粮库应用智能管理系统,每个分公司建成一个智能化示范粮库。通过智能化粮库建设,可以使得粮食存储的生态环境大为改善,充分保证存储过程中的质量、数量安全,仓储粮情数据采集更加方便,数据共享更加快捷,数据利用更加高效。因此,总公司以现代科学技术和信息技术为依托,以“降低劳动强度、降低损失损耗、降低管理成本,提升管理水平、提升经济效益、提升发展质量”为宗旨,提出陆续将直属企业建设成为智能化粮库的目标,为科学安全地储粮提供技术保障和科学依据。智能化粮库建设主要包括“一平台,七系统”,“一平台”即智能化粮库管理平台,是整个智能化粮库建设的核心,它将库区内的粮情、安防、数量监测、智能通风、智能气调、空调控温等设备实现统一接口管理,并具有一定的兼容性,实现现有仓储智能控制设备的有效整合。“七系统”是指仓储信息管理系统、粮情远程监管系统、视频监控系统、智能安防系统、智能出入库管理系统、智能通风系统、智能气调系统。智能化粮库改造本身是一项企业信息化、智能化的工作内容,应用效益可以从企业信息化效益的角度来分析。企业信息化效益分为市场效益和社会管理效益。提高了员工工作效率,降低了粮食管理成本,同时也实现了“绿色储粮”。
[Abstract]:At the 2011 warehouse management work conference, the China Grain Reserve Management Corporation put forward the intelligent goal of "3581" warehousing management: in the next 2-3 years, the company will take the branch office as its unit. Intelligent ventilation technology is used in 30% of the warehouses directly under the warehouse, 50% of the drying machines realize intelligent control, 80% of the air-controlled grain depots are applied with intelligent management system, and each branch office has built an intelligent demonstration grain depot. Through the construction of intelligent grain depot, the ecological environment of grain storage can be greatly improved, and the quality, quantity and safety of storage process can be fully guaranteed, and the data collection of grain condition in storage is more convenient, the data sharing is faster and the data utilization is more efficient. Therefore, based on modern science and technology and information technology, the head office aims to "reduce labor intensity, reduce loss and loss, reduce management cost, improve management level, enhance economic efficiency and improve development quality". It is put forward that the object of building directly affiliated enterprises into intelligent grain depots is to provide technical guarantee and scientific basis for the scientific and safe storage of grain. The construction of intelligent grain depots mainly includes "one platform, seven systems" and "one platform", that is, the intelligent grain depot management platform, which is the core of the whole intelligent grain depot construction. Intelligent air conditioning, temperature control and other equipment achieve a unified interface management, and have a certain degree of compatibility, to achieve the existing storage intelligent control equipment effective integration. The "Seven system" refers to the storage information management system, the grain situation remote supervision system, the video surveillance system, the intelligent security system, the intelligent storage management system, the intelligent ventilation system, the intelligent air conditioning system. The transformation of intelligent grain depot itself is an enterprise informatization. The application benefit can be analyzed from the angle of enterprise informatization benefit. The benefit of enterprise informatization is divided into market benefit and social management benefit. Improve the efficiency of staff, reduce the cost of food management, but also achieve "green grain storage."
