【摘要】：正2016年是"十三五"扶贫攻坚战的开局之年,随着改革步入攻坚期和深水区,扶贫攻坚也面临不少新挑战。对此,由浙江大学中国农村发展研究院(卡特)、贵州省威宁县人民政府主办,浙江大学减贫与发展研究中心承办的"2016中国减贫与改革策论会:实践者与研究者对话"于2016年11月19日-20日在贵州威宁召开。会议诚邀国内扶贫领域的专家学者以及陕西、云南、贵州等省十余贫困市县领导,就这一主题展开深入对话和研讨,以期及时总结"十三五"扶贫攻坚新成果,了解
[Abstract]:2016 is the beginning of the "13th Five-Year Plan" war on poverty alleviation. As reform steps into the critical period and deep water area, poverty alleviation also faces many new challenges. In this regard, sponsored by the China Institute of Rural Development, Zhejiang University (Carter), and the people's Government of Weining County, Guizhou Province, The 2016 China Society on Poverty reduction and Reform Strategies: dialogue between Practitioners and researchers, sponsored by the Center for Poverty reduction and Development Studies of Zhejiang University, was held in Weining, Guizhou Province, from November 19 to 20, 2016. The meeting cordially invited domestic experts and scholars in the field of poverty alleviation, as well as leaders of more than 10 poor cities and counties in Shaanxi, Yunnan and Guizhou provinces, to carry out in-depth dialogues and discussions on this subject, with a view to promptly summing up the new achievements of the 13th Five-Year Plan in helping the poor, and to understand
