战后日本农业政策金融的发展动向及对我国的启示

【摘要】：二战之后日本建立了由农协(合作)金融、政策金融和商业金融为主导的农业金融体系,有力推动了农业经济复苏和发展。其中农业政策金融体系之完善、规模之庞大、覆盖面之广,在世界范围内受到广泛关注。文章考察了日本最重要的两项农业政策金融资金——农林公库资金和农业近代化资金1963—2013年的利用情况、利用效果与发展动向,并进一步探讨了这些经验对我国农业政策金融体系改革的有益启示。
[Abstract]:After World War II, Japan established an agricultural financial system dominated by agricultural association (cooperative) finance, policy finance and commercial finance, which promoted the recovery and development of agricultural economy. The perfection of agricultural policy and financial system, its large scale and wide coverage have attracted worldwide attention. This paper examines the utilization of the two most important agricultural policy financial funds in Japan, the agriculture and forestry public bank fund and the agricultural modernization fund from 1963-2013, and the utilization effect and development trend. And further discussed these experiences to our country agricultural policy financial system reform beneficial enlightenment.
