陕西省农业经济增长影响因素的实证分析

【摘要】:陕西省位于中国内陆腹地,地处气候较干燥的西北地区东侧,是各地往来的重要桥梁。陕西南北气候差异较大,总的特点是气候较为干燥,降水较少,尤其在春、冬季节更为明显。陕西省近年来大兴基础设施、狠抓农业生产,但仍然存在抗旱力度不够、田间管理措施缺乏、市场关注度较低等问题,因此,陕西省农业经济增长影响因素的实证分析具有非凡意义,对陕西省现代农业的发展及城镇化进程有着重要的意义。本文从不同视角研究出陕西省农业经济增长的具体现状,随之,对陕西省农业经济增长的影响因素进行实证回归,农业劳动力、资本投入、耕地面积、农机总动力、气象灾害受灾面积与总产值之间呈反向变动关系,而农药化肥的使用量、农村居民家庭人均消费与农业经济增长呈正向相关关系,并且刺激作用较大。其中,农药化肥从侧面反映了科技创新水平,农药化肥对陕西省农业经济增长的影响较明显,农村居民的人均消费也对农业经济增长起到了较大的影响,总产值的增加会导致消费增加,而消费的增加也会反过来刺激生产。最后,根据实证分析结果给出相应的政策建议。政策分别为:不断加大科技创新,改善农业投入效果;合理规划资本投入,继续拓展投资范围;完善农业劳动力教育培训体系;确保耕种面积和土地质量,加大监管防护力度;加强政府宏观指导,稳健落实惠农政策。
[Abstract]:Shaanxi Province is located in the inland hinterland of China, and is located in the eastern side of the dry northwest region, which is an important bridge between different regions. There is a great difference in climate between north and south of Shaanxi, the general characteristic is that the climate is dry and the precipitation is less, especially in spring and winter. In recent years, Shaanxi Province has been developing infrastructure facilities and paying close attention to agricultural production, but there are still problems such as insufficient drought resistance, lack of field management measures, low market attention, and so on. The empirical analysis of the influencing factors of agricultural economic growth in Shaanxi Province is of great significance to the development of modern agriculture and the process of urbanization in Shaanxi Province. This paper studies the current situation of agricultural economic growth in Shaanxi Province from different angles. Then, the factors influencing agricultural economic growth in Shaanxi Province are empirically regressed, agricultural labor force, capital input, cultivated land area, total power of agricultural machinery, and so on. The relationship between the affected area of meteorological disaster and the total output value was reversed, while the usage of pesticide and fertilizer, the per capita consumption of rural households and the growth of agricultural economy were positively correlated, and the stimulative effect was great. Among them, pesticides and fertilizers reflect the level of scientific and technological innovation from the side, pesticide fertilizers have a more obvious impact on the agricultural economic growth in Shaanxi Province, and the per capita consumption of rural residents also has a greater impact on agricultural economic growth. An increase in gross output value leads to an increase in consumption, which in turn stimulates production. Finally, according to the results of empirical analysis, the corresponding policy recommendations are given. The policies are as follows: continuously increasing scientific and technological innovation, improving the effect of agricultural investment; rationally planning capital investment, continuing to expand the scope of investment; perfecting the education and training system of agricultural labor force; ensuring the cultivated area and land quality, strengthening supervision and protection; Strengthen government macroscopical guidance, steady implementation benefits agriculture policy.
