金融支持精准扶贫的实践与路径选择

【摘要】：正一、我国金融精准扶贫的具体实践近几年,我国在扶贫工作模式上创新推出项目直贷、资金互助、"银行+企业+贫困户"等金融精准扶贫模式。本文选取目前已取得阶段性进展、并在全国范围内具有推广可行性的三种扶贫模式进行重点分析。(一)"担保公司+贷款对象"模式——甘肃"双联惠农贷"甘肃省自然条件严酷,农村贫困面广,农民收入来源匮乏,发展资金严重不足,弱势地位十分突出。为促进贫困地区经济社会发展,实现百姓脱贫致富,
