哈巴河县土地整治潜力评价及分区研究
[Abstract]:Under the background of new urbanization, land renovation is an important measure to coordinate urban and rural development, to promote the protection of cultivated land resources, to optimize the allocation of land resources, and to improve the ecological environment. The calculation of land regulation potential and the study of zoning are the reference and basis of land regulation planning. This study takes Haba County as an example, constructs the land regulation potential evaluation index system, uses analytic hierarchy process (AHP) (AHP) and Delphi method (Delphi) to determine the weight, qualitatively and quantitatively analyzes the land regulation potential of Haba River county. Based on the spatial cluster analysis method, this paper studies the zoning of land regulation in the county area, and puts forward the direction and strategy of land regulation in Haba River county, in order to provide a reference for the study of land regulation in the area rich in cultivated land resources. The basic conclusions of the study are as follows: (1) the potential of land regulation in Habahe County is great, the comprehensive potential of land regulation is mainly in the central and southern part, and the low potential area is concentrated in the northern part of the county. The middle and high potential area of land consolidation is concentrated in the central and southern plain of county area, and the middle and high potential of land development is distributed in a circular way around the county town. The potential area of land reclamation is concentrated in the hilly area of the central county. (2) Haba County can be divided into three areas: potential area for comprehensive land reclamation, key area for land consolidation, and key area for land development. There are five types of land reclamation in key areas of land reclamation and low potential areas. The dominant potential type of land reclamation should be taken as the direction of land regulation, while the ecological environment protection should be strengthened in low potential areas. (3) take Haba River County as an example. This paper discusses the general direction of land regulation in the rich area of cultivated land: increasing the quantity of cultivated land and improving the quality of cultivated land should be taken as the core; Taking agriculture and animal husbandry as the leading factors, promoting the development of agricultural scale and industrialization; Pay attention to ecological environment protection. (4) the key of applying spatial clustering method to the study of land regulation and zoning is to determine the measurement criterion. One is to define the spatial distance and replace the geographical position of each evaluation unit with the geographical coordinates of each evaluation unit. The potential values of land consolidation, land development and land reclamation of each evaluation unit are considered synthetically. The second is to determine the weight, and to determine the weight of each evaluation element according to the regional characteristics.
