荷兰农业产业化的发展回顾与未来展望

【摘要】：依据文献资料法、比较分析法对荷兰业产业化的发展历程与未来走向进行研究。研究发现,利用优越的地理环境、推行农业产业集约化、实现农产品生产的工业化、实施以技术开发为重点的农业政策、建立市场化的农业法人扶持体制是荷兰农业产业化的发展经验。近年来,为应对因品种高度集中而产生的生产过剩与价格低迷,以及由贸易依存度高而引发的国际市场竞争激烈与国际市场波动对农产品初级生产环节影响大等问题,持续保持国际竞争优势,荷兰采取了限制畜牧业养殖规模、开拓新的出口市场、转型发展农业技术装备与技术服务出口贸易等措施。荷兰农业产业化的制度实践值得中国借鉴。
[Abstract]:According to the method of literature, comparative analysis is used to study the development course and future trend of Dutch industrialization. The study found that, by utilizing the superior geographical environment, we should promote the intensification of agricultural industries, realize the industrialization of agricultural production, and implement agricultural policies with emphasis on technological development. It is the development experience of Dutch agricultural industrialization to establish market-oriented agricultural legal person support system. In recent years, in order to deal with the problems of overproduction and low prices due to the high concentration of varieties, and the fierce competition in the international market caused by the high degree of trade dependence and the large impact of the fluctuations in the international market on the primary production of agricultural products, To maintain the international competitive advantage, the Netherlands has adopted measures such as restricting the scale of livestock breeding, opening up new export markets, and transforming and developing the export trade of agricultural technical equipment and technical services. The institutional practice of agricultural industrialization in the Netherlands is worthy of China's reference.
