种植业技术密集环节外包的个体响应及影响因素研究——以河南和山西631户小麦种植户为例

【摘要】：本文基于农户行为理论和行为经济学理论,构建了种植业技术密集环节外包的个体响应机理,分析外包认知、外包意愿与外包行为的影响关系,以及小麦生产过程中技术密集的播种、植保和追肥等三个环节外包行为之间的关系和影响因素。以河南和山西两省631户小麦种植户的调查数据为基础,采用Mv-probit模型和Poisson模型进行实证分析,研究结果表明:第一,农户在技术密集环节外包过程中,播种环节、植保环节和追肥环节之间存在正相关关系。第二,农户的外包认知直接影响外包行为,外包意愿也直接影响外包行为,同时,外包认知通过外包意愿间接影响外包行为。具体来看,农户对技术密集环节外包易用性认知越高,选择技术密集环节外包的概率越大;农户对技术密集环节外包有效性认知越高,选择技术密集环节外包的概率越大;农户外包意愿越高,选择植保环节和追肥环节外包的可能性也越大。第三,外出务工工资、小麦种植规模、户主年龄、户主受教育程度、小麦种植年限、技术培训是影响农户技术密集环节外包行为的重要影响因素。
[Abstract]:Based on the farmer behavior theory and behavioral economics theory, this paper constructs the individual response mechanism of the technology intensive outsourcing in planting industry, analyzes the cognition of outsourcing, the relationship between outsourcing willingness and outsourcing behavior. And the relationship and influencing factors among the outsourced behavior of the three links in wheat production, I. E. planting, plant protection and topdressing. Based on the investigation data of 631 wheat growers in Henan and Shanxi provinces, the empirical analysis was carried out by using Mv-probit model and Poisson model. The results showed that: first, farmers in the process of technology-intensive outsourcing, sowing links, There was a positive correlation between plant protection and topdressing. Second, farmers' cognition of outsourcing directly affects outsourcing behavior, outsourcing willingness also directly affects outsourcing behavior. Meanwhile, outsourcing cognition indirectly affects outsourcing behavior through outsourcing willingness. In particular, the higher the farmers' awareness of the ease of use of technology-intensive outsourcing, the greater the probability of choosing technology-intensive outsourcing, the higher the farmers' awareness of the effectiveness of technology-intensive outsourcing, the greater the probability of choosing technology-intensive outsourcing. The higher the farmers' willingness to outsource, the greater the possibility of choosing plant protection and topdressing. Thirdly, the wages of migrant workers, the scale of wheat planting, the age of the head of household, the education level of the head of household, the number of years of wheat cultivation and the technical training are the important factors that affect the outsourced behavior of farmers.
