美丽乡村建设背景下烟峰村彝家新寨旅游开发研究

【摘要】：在中国共产党第十六届五中全会,国家针对社会主义新农村的建设要求,提出“生产发展、生活宽裕、乡风文明、村容整洁、管理民主”20字方针。2015年《美丽乡村建设指南》国家标准重新定义了美丽乡村的内涵。提出美丽乡村是在新农村建设下的提炼与升华,是我国未来乡村旅游发展的方向,也为民族村寨的旅游发展提供了新的指导。本文以马边彝族自治县烟峰镇烟峰村彝家新寨为研究对象,通过文献研究与分析法与实地调研法,探讨烟峰村民族地区如何借助美丽乡村建设机遇,以美丽乡村建设为视角,进行旅游开发,实现当地在经济、社会、生态三方面的可持续性发展。全文分为五大部分。第一部分为引言部分,主要以研究背景、研究意义、国内外研究现状、研究方法思路及相关概念界定等理论为主。第二部分为美丽乡村建设的理论框架研究,是本文的理论支撑部分。从指导思想、目标体系及实施路径三大方面入手,分析出我国美丽乡村建设的理论框架,以期达到对研究区域在美丽乡村视角下的旅游开发路径作出指导。第三部分,对烟峰村彝家新寨的概况、开发条件、现状及问题作出分析。第四部分为旅游开发实施路径部分。从美丽乡村建设为视角,提出从旅游生态环境提升、生态人居建设、彝族文化传承、产业融合发展、公共服务设施建设及乡村社区自理六大实施路径。最后总结研究的结论与不足。
[Abstract]:At the Fifth Plenary session of the 16th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China, the state, in response to the requirements for the construction of a new socialist countryside, proposed that "production should be developed, life is well off, local style is civilized, and villages are clean and tidy." The National Standard for the Construction of Beautiful Countryside in 2015 redefines the connotation of Beautiful Countryside. It is pointed out that the beautiful countryside is refined and sublimated under the new rural construction, which is the direction of the future development of rural tourism in our country, and also provides new guidance for the tourism development of the ethnic villages. This paper takes Yanfeng Yi village Xinzhai, Yanfeng Town, Mabian Yi Autonomous County as the research object, through literature research and analysis and field investigation, discusses how Yanfeng village minority areas can benefit from the opportunity of beautiful rural construction and take beautiful rural construction as a visual angle. Carry on the tourism development, realize the sustainable development of the local economy, society and ecology. The paper is divided into five parts. The first part is the introduction part, mainly based on the research background, research significance, research status at home and abroad, research methods, ideas and related concepts. The second part is the theoretical framework of beautiful rural construction, which is the theoretical support part of this paper. From the three aspects of guiding ideology, target system and implementation path, this paper analyzes the theoretical framework of the construction of beautiful villages in China, in order to guide the tourism development path of the research area from the perspective of beautiful villages. The third part analyzes the general situation, development conditions, current situation and problems of Yanfeng Village Yi Family Xinzhai. The fourth part is the implementation path of tourism development. From the point of view of the construction of beautiful villages, this paper puts forward six implementation paths: the promotion of tourism ecological environment, the construction of ecological human settlements, the inheritance of Yi nationality culture, the development of industrial integration, the construction of public service facilities and the self-care of rural communities. Finally, the conclusion and deficiency of the research are summarized.
