新常态下北京“三新”农业统计建言

【摘要】：正加强"三新"统计调查是适应把握引领经济发展新常态的必然要求和关键举措,也是统计改革发展的重点内容。为全面、真实、准确地监测北京"三新"农业发展,近期,国家统计局北京调查总队联合北京市统计局,对北京市的"三新"农业进行了摸底调研。此次调研,诠释了北京农业经济运行的新特征、新变化,真实地反映了北京农业发展的新常态、新规律,为进一步推进北京"三新"农业改革发展以及做好"三新"农业统计调查和核算制度研究提供了重要依据。
[Abstract]:Strengthening the "three new" statistical survey is the necessary requirement and key measure to adapt and guide the new normal of economic development, and is also the key content of the statistical reform and development. In order to fully, truly and accurately monitor the development of "three new" agriculture in Beijing, recently, the Beijing Survey team of the National Bureau of Statistics and the Beijing Bureau of Statistics have carried out a survey on the "three new" agriculture in Beijing. This survey explains the new characteristics and changes of Beijing's agricultural economy, and truly reflects the new normal and new laws of Beijing's agricultural development. It provides an important basis for further promoting the agricultural reform and development of "three new" agriculture in Beijing and doing well the research on "three new" agricultural statistics survey and accounting system.
