衡阳市农户多元化经营行为研究

【摘要】：农业是促进国民经济发展的根本动力,世界各国在分析农民的生产动机、农户经营目的、农业生产制约因素、目标的实现因素、国民经济对农户经营行为产生影响等方面做了大量研究。目前,在我国农村实行的是家庭联产承包责任制,在此背景下农户成为农业生产经营的主体。随着农业市场的发展变革,以往单一化的农业经营模式不仅限制了农民收入的来源,而且降低了农民抵御自然、市场风险的能力。为此农户必须通过多元化的经营方式来抵御和化解自然和市场风险对农民收入造成的冲击。农户是农业农村经济生产发展的最小单位,其行为模式对农村经济发展发挥着举足轻重的作用。我国目前约有2.17亿农户,他们是当地农业资源的占有者和使用者,农户多元化的行为不但影响农业规模结构、农业生产技术改良、农村各种资源带来的效用及农业的长期发展,还将关系到能否顺利推行农村经济各项改革制度和政策。重中之重,农户选择的行为方式在一定程度上作用于农民的生活水平的高低,决定着农户的经济来源、福利水平和收入的多寡。为了解农户经营行为多元化特征,正确引导农户生产经营行为,促进农户增产增收,本文以湖南省衡阳市内几个农业县域作为研究对象,以行为经济学、比较利益理论、“推——拉”理论为研究理论基础,通过发放调查问卷和实地访谈等形式,对农户的基本情况和经营行为方式进行调研分析,探索衡阳市农户多元化行为特征以及所带来的影响结果,并针对衡阳市农户行为的优化主要从重视生态环境建设、加大科学利用耕地资源的力度、加强文明乡村建设等方面对衡阳市农户多元化经营行为进行引导。
[Abstract]:Agriculture is the fundamental motive force to promote the development of national economy. Countries all over the world are analyzing the farmers' motive of production, the purpose of farmers' management, the restricting factors of agricultural production, and the factors of realizing the objectives. A great deal of research has been done on the influence of national economy on farmers' management behavior. At present, the household contract responsibility system is carried out in the countryside of our country, under this background, the peasant household becomes the main body of agricultural production and management. With the development and transformation of agricultural market, the single agricultural management mode not only limits the source of farmers' income, but also reduces the ability of farmers to resist natural and market risks. Therefore, farmers must resist and resolve the impact of natural and market risks on farmers' income through diversified management. Peasant household is the smallest unit in the development of agricultural rural economy, and its behavior mode plays an important role in the development of rural economy. At present, there are about 217 million farmers in our country. They are the occupants and users of local agricultural resources. The diversified behavior of farmers not only affects the structure of agricultural scale, but also the improvement of agricultural production technology. The utility of rural resources and the long-term development of agriculture will also be related to the smooth implementation of rural economic reform system and policies. The most important thing is that the behavior mode of farmers' choice plays an important role in the farmers' living standard to a certain extent, which determines the economic source, welfare level and income of farmers. In order to understand the diversified characteristics of farmers' management behavior, guide farmers' production and management behavior correctly, and promote farmers' production and income increase, this paper takes several agricultural counties in Hengyang City of Hunan Province as the research object, and takes behavioral economics and comparative benefit theory as the research objects. The "push-pull" theory is the theoretical basis of the research, through the distribution of questionnaires and field interviews, the basic situation and management behavior of farmers are investigated and analyzed. This paper probes into the characteristics of farmers' diversified behavior and its influence results in Hengyang City, and aims at the optimization of farmers' behavior in Hengyang City, which mainly includes paying attention to the construction of ecological environment and increasing the intensity of scientific utilization of cultivated land resources. Strengthen civilized rural construction and other aspects of Hengyang City farmers diversification behavior guide.
