蓝色粮仓概念重构及其建设模式选择研究

【摘要】：充分利用海洋水域和生物资源、全面推进蓝色粮仓建设是海洋强国建设背景下保障国家粮食安全的重要战略举措。除了传统意义上的海洋渔业,海水灌溉农业也是蓝色粮仓建设的重要支撑产业。实践中,蓝色粮仓由陆基蓝仓、近岸蓝仓、海上粮仓和域外蓝仓四部分组成,以保障国家粮食安全、提升国民膳食营养水平为宗旨的蓝色粮仓建设工作应重点做好陆基池塘化健康养殖模式、陆基工厂化规模养殖模式、陆基冷链保障型加工模式、沿海滩涂生态健康养殖模式、耐盐碱作物海水种植模式、近岸海域多营养层次综合养殖模式、近岸海洋牧场建设模式、离岸深水海域养殖模式、深远海域智能探捕作业模式和域外蓝色粮仓建设模式的推广和优化工作。

The construction of blue granaries with the aim of improving the level of national diet and nutrition should focus on the land based pond healthy culture model, the land based industrial scale culture model, the land based cold chain guarantee processing model and the coastal tidal flat ecological healthy culture model. Saline-tolerant crop seawater cultivation model, inshore multi-nutrient level integrated culture model, inshore marine ranching construction model, offshore deep-water aquaculture model, The promotion and optimization of intelligent fishing operation mode and blue granary construction mode in the far-reaching sea area.
