乐清市农村劳动力转移对农业生产影响的研究

【摘要】：近几年,我国经济不断发展,科学技术日新月异,全社会生产力在稳步提升,出现机械替代劳动的趋势。浙江省乐清市作为我国较为富裕的地区,也依然存在着剩余农村劳动力无法有效安置的问题。农村劳动力的转移对我国城镇化建设起到了非常大的作用,助推我国城镇化的发展飞速前进。但同时,农村劳动力由于缺乏一定的工作经验并且相对来说不具备专业的工作知识,因此具有较低的人力成本。这在一定程度上也减少了许多产业的成本,增强了我国各产业与国际间的竞争力。但农村劳动力的大量转移同时也是一把双刃剑,大量的劳动力转移几乎掏空了农村地区的正常生产建设。我国许多农村地区的经济在近年国家未出台相关扶持政策前一直处于下滑状态,即便国家极力支持农业生产,但依然由一些农村地区经济条件每况愈下。农业生产失去了优良的劳动力,也失去了参与生产、销售、购买环节的各种人力资源。通过研究发现,造成乐清农村劳动力转移影响因素为收入差距、年龄文化差异、户籍制度宽松等,转移的原因为土地资源受限、经济利益驱动、城市需求等,存在农业就业人员持续减少,择业范围有限等特点,对农业生产造成种植作物多样性差、农业科技发展速度放缓等影响。本文将以学者们对我国目前农业生产及农业劳动力转移的研究结论为基础,结合对浙江省乐清市农业生产及农村劳动力转移的实际状况与相关数据进行分析,探讨目前在我国经济较发达地区的浙江省乐清市农村地区农业生产工作依然面临着怎样的问题,并探究揭示农业劳动力流失对农业生产到底形成了怎样的影响。通过对乐清市具体的数据以及实际分析,以小见大,提出有助于乐清市农业生产与农村劳动力协调发展的相关建议。
[Abstract]:In recent years, China's economy continues to develop, science and technology are changing with each passing day, the productivity of the whole society is steadily improving, and there is a trend of mechanical substitution for labor. Yueqing City, Zhejiang Province, as a relatively rich area of our country, still has the problem that the surplus rural labor force cannot be effectively resettled. The transfer of rural labor force plays a very important role in the construction of urbanization in China, which promotes the rapid development of urbanization in China. But at the same time, the rural labor force has lower labor cost because of the lack of certain work experience and the relative lack of professional work knowledge. To a certain extent, it also reduces the cost of many industries and enhances the competitiveness of various industries and the international market. However, a large number of rural labor force transfer is also a double-edged sword, a large number of labor force transfer almost emptied the normal production construction in rural areas. The economy of many rural areas in our country has been in a declining state before the relevant supporting policies were issued in recent years. Even though the state strongly supports agricultural production, the economic conditions in some rural areas are still deteriorating. Agricultural production lost excellent labor force, but also lost a variety of human resources involved in production, sales, and purchase links. Through the research, it is found that the influencing factors of the transfer of rural labor force in Yueqing are income gap, age and culture difference, loose household registration system and so on. The reasons for the transfer are limited land resources, economic benefit drive, urban demand and so on. It has the characteristics of continuous reduction of agricultural employment personnel and limited scope of job selection, which causes poor diversity of planting crops and slows the development of agricultural science and technology in agricultural production. Based on the conclusion of scholars' research on agricultural production and the transfer of agricultural labor force in China, this paper analyzes the actual situation and relevant data of agricultural production and rural labor force transfer in Yueqing City, Zhejiang Province, in combination with the analysis of the actual situation of agricultural production and rural labor transfer in Zhejiang Province. This paper probes into the problems of agricultural production in rural areas of Yueqing City, Zhejiang Province, which is currently developed in China, and explores how the loss of agricultural labor force has influenced agricultural production in the end. Through the concrete data and actual analysis of Yueqing City, through a small part to see the whole, put forward some suggestions which are helpful to the coordinated development of agricultural production and rural labor force in Yueqing City.
