传统村落保护背景下的合阳灵泉村发展对策研究

【摘要】：中国的传统村落数量众多,特色鲜明,历史文学价值突出,具有重要的研究意义。随着时代的变迁,现代文化逐渐侵蚀、影响着其传统文化,传统村落的风貌特色遭到相应的破坏,传统村落的发展也面临严峻挑战。因此,及时研究如何处理好传统村落保护与发展的关系,不仅是一个理论问题,更是一个实践问题。灵泉村位于关中渭北台塬地区,历史发展悠久,地域文化特色鲜明。笔者将其选取为本文的研究对象,首先进行相关文献梳理,初步了解国内外传统村落保护与利用的现状,分析总结相关理论和实践研究成果,进而从村落格局、公共空间、民居建筑、非物质文化遗产四大方面展开对灵泉村传统村落的特色分析与价值评价。然后通过文献收集与整理、实地调研、比较分析等方法梳理灵泉村传统村落在保护与发展进程中存在的问题,总结出“村民保护认知不足”、“历史人文环境衰败”、“人文精神缺失”、“空废化现象严重”,“经济发展滞后”五大问题,并简要分析了保护与发展的矛盾,指出“保护与现代生活的碰撞”、“资金短缺”、“管理体系不完善”、“缺乏新的经济动力”四大现实困境。最后,确立了灵泉村保护与发展共同促进的良性关系,阐述了传统村落保护的方法、体系和策略,以及基于传统村落保护的发展策略。本文的重点内容是基于传统村落保护的灵泉村发展策略的制定,其核心是解决传统村落“保护”与“发展”的平衡问题。本文通过对相关理论的研究,首先提出改善居民环境、提高地方活力、延续地方文化的保护发展目标和整体性、动态性、协调性的保护发展原则,并制定出“保护型再开发”的基本策略。进而从历史要素、整体风貌、建筑整治、设施配套、场所精神、文化建设等方面提出传统村落保护的具体对策。最后,针对灵泉村的现状,构建了“基于保护的旅游开发”、“生态休闲农业推进”、“特色文化产业注入”以及“社区参与”四大发展策略,基于保护村落原真性、生态经济型、特色文化引导性,强调村民主体性,即以村民为主体,同时寻求多方的协助与合作,搭建合作平台,形成合作机制——“政府主导+村民主体+非营利性社会组织协助+规划师支持”。在此基础上,对各参与主体进行相应的角色定位,和作用力的分配,以确保灵泉村健康有序的发展。
[Abstract]:There are many traditional villages in China with distinctive characteristics and outstanding historical and literary value, which is of great significance for research. With the change of the times, the modern culture gradually erodes, affecting its traditional culture, the traditional village style and features have been destroyed correspondingly, the development of the traditional village is also faced with severe challenges. Therefore, it is not only a theoretical problem but also a practical problem to study how to deal with the relationship between the protection and development of traditional villages in a timely manner. Lingquan Village is located in the Weibei tableland of Guanzhong, with a long history and distinctive regional cultural characteristics. The author chooses it as the research object of this paper. First of all, the author combs the relevant documents, preliminarily understands the status quo of the protection and utilization of traditional villages at home and abroad, analyzes and summarizes the relevant theoretical and practical research results, and then from the village pattern, the public space, The traditional villages of Lingquan Village are analyzed and evaluated in four aspects: residential architecture and intangible cultural heritage. Then through the collection and arrangement of documents, field investigation, comparative analysis and other methods to sort out the problems existing in the protection and development process of traditional villages in Lingquan Village, summed up the "lack of awareness of villagers' protection", "the decline of the historical and human environment", "the lack of humanistic spirit", "the phenomenon of null and void", "the lag of economic development" five major issues, and briefly analyzed the contradiction between protection and development, pointed out "the collision of protection and modern life", "shortage of funds," "the management system is not perfect", "the lack of new economic impetus" four realistic dilemmas. Finally, the positive relationship between protection and development of Lingquan village is established, and the methods, systems and strategies of traditional village protection are expounded, as well as the development strategies based on traditional village protection. The key content of this paper is the formulation of the development strategy of Lingquan village based on the protection of traditional villages, the core of which is to solve the balance between "protection" and "development" of traditional villages. Through the study of the relevant theories, this paper first puts forward the protection and development principles of improving the residents' environment, enhancing the local vitality, continuing the protection and development goals of the local culture and the integrity, dynamism and coordination of the local culture. And draw up the basic strategy of "protection-type re-development". Then from the historical elements, overall features, building renovation, facilities matching, place spirit, cultural construction and other aspects of the concrete countermeasures for the protection of traditional villages. Finally, according to the present situation of Lingquan Village, it constructs four development strategies, namely, "Tourism Development based on Protection", "Promotion of Ecological Leisure Agriculture", "Infusion of characteristic Culture Industry" and "Community participation", based on protecting the original nature of village. Eco-economic type, characteristic culture guidance, emphasizing the villagers' subjectivity, that is, taking the villagers as the main body, at the same time seeking the multi-party assistance and cooperation, and building the cooperation platform. Form a cooperative mechanism-"government-led villagers subject non-profit social organizations to assist planners support." In order to ensure the healthy and orderly development of Lingquan Village, the role orientation and force distribution of each participant are carried out.
