推进农村土地承包信息化管理的几点思考

【摘要】：正随着承包地确权登记颁证试点范围不断扩大、工作不断深入,各方对农村土地承包管理的要求也不断提升,信息化可谓代表未来的发展方向。当前和今后一个时期,农村土地承包管理将面临重大变革,挑战和机遇将相伴相生。在201 8年底基本完成承包地确权登记颁证工作后,农村土地承包管理将进入新的阶段,其最大特征就是由传统的台账及纸质档案管理转变为以数据库为基础、信息应用平台为支撑的
[Abstract]:With the continuous expansion of the scope of the registration and certification of the contract land right and the deepening of the work, the requirements of all parties to the rural land contract management have been constantly enhanced, and the informatization represents the future development direction. At present and in the future, rural land contract management will face major changes, challenges and opportunities will accompany each other.
