社会资本对新生代农民工收入影响研究

【摘要】：新生代农民工总数在1亿人左右,占外出农民工总数的60%以上。他们是当前中国经济社会发展过程中一个特殊的群体,这一群体已经引起了社会各界的普遍关注。新生代农民工出生于80年代以后,从学校毕业后就直接进城打工,对农业生产及农村生活很陌生,但进城务工收入与城镇职工收入有明显的差距。现阶段对新生代农民工特征研究的相关文献和成果数量不菲,但是对新生代农民工收入以及影响因素进行深入研究的文献还不多见。社会资本作为反映人与人之间联系的指标,现已成为继物质资本、人力资本之后又一大影响农民工收入的重要因素受到普遍关注。本文从社会资本角度出发,研究社会资本对新生代农民工收入的影响。在有限的文献中,可以分析得出：社会资本对农民工收入影响的理论分析结论是比较一致的,存在一定的影响；但是,在实证分析中,各位学者得出的结论却是参差不齐。本文将社会资本划分为原始社会资本及新型社会资本。用因子分析方法将两层次社会资本纳入一个框架,构建综合指数,测量新生代农民工各层次社会资本对整体社会资本指数的影响权重。用逐步回归法分析社会资本结构,即原始社会资本与新型社会资本,分别考察他们对新生代农民工收入的影响。发现新型社会资本对社会资本指数影响权重大于原始社会资本对社会资本指数影响权重与新型社会资本对新生代农民工工资有显著的正向影响。本文分五部分,结构如下：第一部分绪论部分主要讨论了选题背景和意义,研究思路与方法；第二部分梳理了新生代农民工、社会资本及社会资本对农民工收入影响的文献综述；第三部分为理论分析部分,介绍了本文的理论基础、社会资本对收入影响的机制分析及新生代农民工社会资本研究；第四部分为现状分析部分,在调查问卷数据处理的基础上,对新生代农民工特征、收入现状及社会资本现状进行描述性分析；第五部分为社会资本对新生代农民工收入影响的实证分析；第六部分为结论及建议。
[Abstract]:The new generation of migrant workers in the total number of about 100 million, accounting for more than 60% of the total number of migrant workers. They are a special group in the current process of China's economic and social development, this group has attracted widespread attention from all walks of life. The new generation of migrant workers were born in the 1980s. After graduation from school, they went directly to the city to work. They were unfamiliar with agricultural production and rural life, but there was a significant gap between the income of migrant workers in cities and the income of urban workers. At present, there are a lot of literatures and achievements about the characteristics of the new generation migrant workers, but there are few in-depth studies on the income and influencing factors of the new generation migrant workers. As an index to reflect the relationship between people, social capital has become one of the most important factors affecting the income of migrant workers after material capital and human capital. From the angle of social capital, this paper studies the influence of social capital on the income of the new generation of migrant workers. In the limited literature, it can be concluded that the theoretical analysis conclusions of the impact of social capital on migrant workers' income are relatively consistent and have certain influence; however, in the empirical analysis, the conclusions drawn by the scholars are uneven. This paper divides social capital into primitive social capital and new social capital. Using factor analysis method, the two levels of social capital are incorporated into a framework, and a comprehensive index is constructed to measure the influence weight of social capital on the whole social capital index of the new generation of migrant workers. The structure of social capital, that is, the primitive social capital and the new social capital, is analyzed by stepwise regression method, and their influence on the income of the new generation of migrant workers is investigated respectively. It is found that the influence weight of the new social capital on the social capital index is greater than that of the original social capital on the social capital index and the new social capital has a significant positive impact on the wages of the new generation of migrant workers. This paper is divided into five parts, the structure is as follows: the first part of the introduction mainly discusses the background and significance of the topic, research ideas and methods; The second part combs the new generation of migrant workers, social capital and the impact of social capital on the income of migrant workers literature review; The third part is the theoretical analysis part, which introduces the theoretical basis of this paper, the mechanism analysis of the impact of social capital on income and the study of the social capital of the new generation of migrant workers; The fourth part is the analysis of the status quo, on the basis of questionnaire data processing, the characteristics of the new generation of migrant workers, the status of income and social capital status of descriptive analysis; The fifth part is the empirical analysis of the impact of social capital on the income of the new generation of migrant workers; the sixth part is the conclusion and recommendations.
