农业企业的高层管理团队异质性与商业模式创新关系研究

【摘要】:中国是传统农业大国,农业产业始终是我国国民经济的重要组成部分。长期以来,我国高度重视三农发展,着力改善农业生产条件,大幅度提高农副产品产量,提升我国农民生活水平。总的来说,我国农业发展水平取得了显著提高,但与西方现代化农业大国相比,我国农业的基础地位仍然比较脆弱,农业仍是制约国民经济发展的薄弱环节。农业企业作为推动农业发展的关键,其发展应该受到更多的重视和关注。随着商业模式研究的日益深入,商业模式的创新成为商业模式研究的另一个重要方向。学术界普遍将商业模式创新视为企业转型升级的重要出路。不少学者将关注的焦点放在了商业模式创新的动力机制上,商业模式创新既可能源于技术、市场和政策等外部因素的驱动,也可能受到学习能力、管理创新和企业家等内部因素的促使。然而,无论是外部还是内部驱动因素,要想发挥对商业模式创新的作用,都需要通过企业内部重要的信息控制中心——高管团队,才能产生全面性的影晌。因为只有通过他们的努力,才能克服来自企业内外部的阻力,最终实现商业模式创新。但长期以来,对于高管团队和商业模式创新这两个问题的研究基本上处于彼此隔离的情况,很少有学者将二者联系在一起考虑。本文旨在通过高管团队特征与商业模式创新的关系研究,探索出高管团队特征与商业模式创新的作用机制,进而为企业实践提供一定的指导。首先,通过文献研究、理论分析等方法对商业模式和商业模式创新的理论研究进行了详细阐述,在此基础上对我国农业企业商业模式创新的现状及趋势进行了梳理。本文核心重点是实证分析部分,构建了高管团队异质性影响商业模式创新的理论模型,并提出了两者之间的理论假设,选取高管团队特征的年龄、教育水平、任期、从业经验等指标的异质性作为解释变量,以商业模式创新作为被解释变量,而此变量则以价值主张模式、价值创造模式、价值传递模式、价值俘获模式等四个创新维度来衡量,通过104家上市农业企业的定量分析对提出的假设进行验证,发现高管年龄异质性、从业经验异质性对企业的商业模式创新水平起到负面影响,而教育水平异质性、任期异质性则会正向推动商业模式创新进程。最后,本文基于实证研究的结果,结合目前农业企业的商业模式创新情况,为企业开展商业模式创新提出一些对策和建议。
[Abstract]:China is a large traditional agricultural country, and agricultural industry has always been an important part of our national economy. For a long time, China has attached great importance to the development of agriculture, rural areas and farmers, made great efforts to improve agricultural production conditions, greatly increased the output of agricultural and sideline products, and improved the living standards of farmers in China. Generally speaking, the level of agricultural development in China has been significantly improved, but compared with the western modern agricultural countries, the basic position of agriculture in China is still relatively fragile, and agriculture is still a weak link restricting the development of the national economy. As the key to promoting agricultural development, agricultural enterprises should be paid more attention to and paid more attention to. With the deepening of business model research, the innovation of business model has become another important direction of business model research. Academic circles generally regard business model innovation as an important way out for enterprise transformation and upgrading. Many scholars focus on the dynamic mechanism of business model innovation. Business model innovation may not only be driven by external factors such as technology, market and policy, but also may be driven by learning ability. The promotion of internal factors such as management innovation and entrepreneurs. However, whether external or internal drivers, in order to play a role in business model innovation, it is necessary to have a comprehensive impact through the executive team, which is an important information control center within the enterprise. Because only through their efforts, can we overcome the resistance from internal and external enterprises, and finally achieve business model innovation. However, for a long time, the research on executive team and business model innovation is basically isolated from each other, and few scholars consider the two together. The purpose of this paper is to explore the mechanism of executive team characteristics and business model innovation through the study of the relationship between executive team characteristics and business model innovation, and then to provide some guidance for enterprise practice. First of all, through literature research, theoretical analysis and other methods of business model and business model innovation theoretical research is described in detail, on this basis, the current situation and trend of business model innovation of agricultural enterprises in China are combed. The core of this paper is the empirical analysis part, which constructs the theoretical model that the heterogeneity of executive team affects the innovation of business model, and puts forward the theoretical hypothesis between the two, and selects the age, educational level and tenure of the characteristics of executive team. The heterogeneity of employment experience and other indicators is taken as the explanatory variable, and the business model innovation is taken as the explained variable, while this variable is measured by four innovation dimensions: value proposition model, value creation model, value transfer model and value capture model. Through the quantitative analysis of 104 listed agricultural enterprises, it is found that the age heterogeneity of executives and the heterogeneity of employment experience have a negative impact on the level of business model innovation, while the level of education is heterogeneous. Tenure heterogeneity will positively promote the process of business model innovation. Finally, based on the results of empirical research, combined with the current situation of business model innovation of agricultural enterprises, this paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions for enterprises to carry out business model innovation.
