基于我国省级面板数据的农业增长与农业供给侧改革

【摘要】：理论上农产品的有效供给是解决包括农业增长在内的三农问题的前提条件,而农业生产要素供给是农产品有效供给的基础。本研究基于我国省级面板数据进行实证分析,结果表明,不同种类的农产品产量对农业总产值的拉动作用有很大差异,因此可通过调整农产品供给种类,增加原有耕地的单位面积产量,开垦荒漠或戈壁,增加新的种植面积来提高农产品产量。在保证粮食安全的基础上,增加经济农作物的供给;农业机械对农业增长有显著拉动作用,应加大对农业的实物资本投资,进一步提高拉动作用,应注重我国农业劳动力素质和农业生产全要素生产率的提高,加快我国农业向集约式和"智慧"型生产方式转变;进一步完善我国现有的农业制度,注重农业制度的创新,促进农业增长以及农业供给侧与需求侧的匹配。

[Abstract]:In theory, the effective supply of agricultural products is the prerequisite for solving the problems of agriculture, rural areas and farmers, including agricultural growth, and the supply of agricultural factors of production is the basis of effective supply of agricultural products. Based on the provincial panel data of our country, the results show that the pulling effect of different kinds of agricultural products on the total agricultural output value is very different, so the output of agricultural products can be increased by adjusting the supply types of agricultural products, increasing the yield per unit area of original cultivated land, reclaiming deserts or Gobi, and increasing the new planting area. On the basis of ensuring food security, increase the supply of economic crops, agricultural machinery has a significant pulling effect on agricultural growth, we should increase the physical capital investment in agriculture, further improve the pulling role, we should pay attention to the improvement of the quality of agricultural labor force and the total factor productivity of agricultural production, and speed up the transformation from agriculture to intensive and "intelligent" mode of production. Further improve the existing agricultural system in China, pay attention to the innovation of agricultural system, promote agricultural growth and the matching of agricultural supply side and demand side.
